Table confuses me, can anyone help? Same points as Benfica, 2 behind on goal difference, drew both games with them, how come were too not them?

I get nervous when we start to focus too much on them. We're in a strong position and it matters very little what they do, if we win all our games from here until season end, we are champions. If we win everything but the OF fixtures, they need a minimum of 7 points from those three games or we are champions. That needs to be the focus, ignore them. If they drop more points great but as long as we don't then we are champions. We've seen leads disappear quickly before and I suspect part of that is by focusing on the lead not the upcoming game...

Still, they dropped 2 points, makes no difference though, we still need to win tomorrow to pile on the pressure. They're stumbling badly keep pressuring them and they'll collapse! 55 on its way if we can keep it going, it doesn't matter what they do now if we keep doing our thing!

Reminds me of comments I used to make of Klos (and Goram before him though was a bit before my time of interest...) that he could stand around all match and do nothing, but in the 89th minute with a striker bearing down on goal you'd back him every day of the week to keep it out (just so long as he didn't need to kick it afterwards!!) We've been blessed for some time with keepers who can pull something out of nowhere when they've had nothing to do all game, now we have two of them in the squad. We've consistently been very lucky in that department!

On the bright side. Defence holding up as we've come to expect this season. Shots on target :: 0!

Its an indication of how well this seasons gone so far that I look at the stats and get disappointed when they manage a shot on target against us!! Another clean sheet, another 3 points, 2 points added to our lead. Its looking good so far if we can keep our focus!

Stats look decent, they've not even managed a shot in the second half! A second goal to tie it up would be nice. .

I hope not. I've got a real hope that the first team to score against us this year will be Livingston. I'd obviously rather go the season without conceding, but I'd settle for Livi being the first to do it...

Good point. Quietly optimistic. Except Spurs we've got a good chance against anyone we could have drawn, especially at home. Another run at the group stages would be fantastic!

Worth considering, we paid 7 million a year ago, to turn a 100% profit in a year with a 14mill offer is pretty good business and not something we've done too well with as a club for a while. Are we going back to boumy for that kind of profit made on a player?

Heres to the start of what could be a wonderful season. Currently ahead by 2 games, 6 points and 4 goals. Yes they have every chance of being ahead of us when the games are caught up, but they'll be chasing us every step of the way and I know which position I'd rather be in!
