  1. The bears were briliant today. Imo.
  2. Set recorder. thanks.
  3. Played well eventually. just wish we wouldn't take our feet of the peddle, thistle were there for a doing.
  4. Not disagreeing with both you and Ian's argument as to why he shouldn't walk away and i agree he is being targeted but that's more the reason why he has to hold his hands up to draw the refs attention that he is doing nowt and walk away. IMO.
  5. I know it's easier said than done Ian but Jack needs to think of the team and walk away from these confrontations as next time the card will stick....
  6. Having won last years competition i can certainly vouch that they are indeed class.
  7. I hear Elvis will be next manager ffs....
  8. Not for me. im sure if approached he will do what mclean and ferguson did after greigs sacking and refuse the position.
  9. not quite two identical kicks Frankie. The well player was in retalliation.
  10. I feel your pain Tannoch and agree with some of your comments. Hard to single out players when as a whole i watched probably our worse performance in many a year. Jack is deserving of criticism for both his recent performances and temperament as he has let the fans and teammates down again.
  11. Moult was booked for his altercation with Herrera so what about his kick out at Alves? and what about the guy with the elbows? If no action taken against those two then tell them to work it right up the schichters.
  12. Morelos hasn't proved himself enough for there to be serious interest in him although that might change come the end of the season.
  13. Don't recall the 67 final but remember the 70 one well. Me, me brothers and dad around the tele. I mind when Israel scored my dad got the brush out and banged on the ceiling to noise up the tims above. Don't mind ever hoping they did well EVER....
  14. I think you will see Miller moving to hibs in January.
  15. Just did, so + 1 on your views
  16. Great review Pete. I agree that this will probably be the starting line-up but also would like to see young McCrorie replace Cardoso. You may well see Millar replace Windass wide left although would prefer someone else replace.
  17. Agree with Oleg. Certainly in our league they spend most matches attacking the opposition so probably less likely to receive cards so the stats don't surprise me.
  18. Some cracking finishes though
  19. Look like a lot of litter on the streets, hope the locals provided enough bins.
  20. Foderingham 6 Tavernier 5 Cardoso 5 McCrorie 7 Hodson 3 Candeias 5 Jack 6 Dorrans 5 Windass 5 Pena 6 Morelos 7 Subs : Miller 2 Herrera 2 Nemane 4
  21. Alnwick - 9 excellent match and just shades MOTM ahead of DJ Tavernier - 6 we all know what to expect, can't fault his comittment Cardoso - 6 um, still not sure that he is any better than Kiernan, Saturday will be his big test. Alves - 6 Agree that this was probably his poorest match thus far but still better than Cardoso John - 8 Terrific match going forward and was a constant threat until subbed, hope he is ok for Sat. Candeias - 7 Had an indifferent match, still better than on Friday night, took goal well and i won't dwell on the miss. Jack - 6 Efficient enough, appeared to go missing for long spells but that's expected in the role that he plays. Dorrans - 7 Better performance from him and improved as the game went on, showed good energy in the later stages. Windass - 4 I'm in the not for me camp with him, flatters to deceive, promises so much when he gets his head up and runs but delivers very little. Pena - 7 Like most folk i've been waiting for him to get a starting place all season and does impress me with his runs into the box, will only get better as the season progresses and a must start on Sat. Morelos - 6 Not as effective as in previous matches although i thought he was unlucky on a couple of occasions last night, his ball retention and passing is improving with each match. Subs : Hodson - 6 Thought he did well once the defence settled into extra time. Holt - 6 Full on energy and helped close down thistle further up the park which in turn forced errors from the opposition. Herrera - 6 Thought he looked pretty decent and took his goal well although in the initial build up and cross he could have had a tap in if his positional sense was better. McCrorie - 6 Looks like being a real good prospect, good in the air and on the ground, think he will cope ok if required on Sat.
  22. Having meet Ian once i read the above as ROASTER....
  23. Partick 1 Rangers 3 fgs = Tavernier
  24. I'm sure i have those pictures in a ''playing for rangers'' book.
