I'm pretty sure that the £12 will only apply to travelling support. We should expect to be in the 40k plus fan bracket for home matches which will require the same level of policing and stewarding and overheads, with the exception of players wages, remaining almost the same. I'm also confident that most visiting teams will bring a bigger away support than most of the SPL teams have done.
