SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)
blueflag replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
Aberdeen chairman did slip a few mistakes. The one that stands out for me was the 'temporary reconstruction' of only 1 or 2 years then back to normal.. is that what they offering the 'bigger' teams. Skum fc will oblige to get there tainted title. Lot of upset championship teams ahead. What makes it even more ridiculous is. If that sticks, Dundee have slim to nill chance of gaining promotion for a long time as no playoffs and then a pile of teams will come back down with no promotion. (Again another sweetener for some of the spfl teams). You can see where this goes next -

Come on guys.. times are hard. Lots to discuss but can we please try keep the thread away from certain bickering at each other. Hot topic, dont make me have to sit and remove pointless posts please. Not aimed at anyone in particular but few angles going on here.. Please refrain -

No when you own said servers my friend. Even if you don't own and you had say a cloud 365 environment, IT admin can delete anything and logs he or she wants. . Having a local exchange server woulda just made it all the more simpler. -

I think this is the most ive posted on message forums for a while. Stuck working hard at home but cant take my mind off this shit. Just been thinking, UEFA come out and say you Have to finish your leagues our your no In europe and we do have to miracle find extra time in the calander to fit this in. Dundee will have voted today to voluntary end any hope of them even getting in playoffs, and as we all know reconstruction wont happen. I simply cannot fathom what had changed Dundee mind today? Celtic will not risk missing out on europe surley to take the 8.75. I just cant get my head around why they trying rush this though. I mean let's be honest we weren't fucking stopping the 9 anyway -

They will claim the issue was at dundees end and it wasnt sent.. simple.. and they will be able to manipulate to show it didnt arrive. Easy -

Exactly why they are playing the "it didnt arrive card" They obviously had a good IT cleanse over the weekend before any external people get a sniff. Its very simple to make the email trail of this disappear from both mail servers -

Is it not also the case reconstruction will need an 11-1 vote. Now, ok Budge will be for sure fighting for the move but will kilmarnock. Hamilton. St mirren etc all want to have even less of the pot. I dont think for a second they will be able to push that though. It's all going to get even more inner fighting I think . -

Only upside for me? The fact that 8.75 in a row will always be laughed at. If we had finished the season we woulda ended up about 20+ points behind. The legal fight is partick and stranraer not ours. Our goal must be to get shot of these cocky bastards and people are taking notice. Common when was last time Michael stewart AND even fucking tom English both back Rangers opinion of the spfl. -

The view the vote is valid and counts is based on the rules apparantly. The same ones they tried to claim were valid on a yes vote, there isn article of association states a cast vote Isnt retractable. (My take on reading it) Dumbarton next with a statement saying they voted yes because they were told it was only way they could get money and need it! Hope we get even more clubs coming out now in support . -

Nearly chocked on ma lunch there reading that record article claiming Dundee were about to vote yes. Glamorous friendlies against spfl opposition hahaha. Fuck my life, that is the funniest shit I've ever read. If dundee DO change there mind, they are turning down 4 derbies next season and making there greatest rivals champions. Only in Scotland could that ever happen. I can imagine my thoughts if I was a dundee fan thats for sure. -

They already lining them up 1 by 1 to step into line. Ross county chairman was first up. They back the corrupt(of course they do) and will want Rangers to put up the evidence or shut up and go away.. We have played it well so far, but I cant help but think the next few moves of this shit show are critical. -

I wouldn't be suprised if Dundees vote turned into a yes before this all can get uncovered. Few brown envelopes heading North -

I got to admit, it will really stick in my throat all next season if this gets passed and this is forced through. Sporting integrity only suits the sfa /spl when it suits them. I'd even go back to the bottom in England (give us bury's place I'd they want) instead of putting up with this every time there is any restructuring we will always come out worse, outnumbered by lawells loyal puppets -

Point being you didnt use facts. I think it's clear you are an armchair biologist like the hoards on facebook. You used opinion but we getting no where debating over it really. Yesterday it was fact according to you the death rate higher because of smokers. Yet now its a risk factor since south korea doesnt fit your motive. Each to their own facts as you say. I have never read or even saw a daily record for a number of years btw.
