Why isn’t that a penalty. It wasn’t jostling it was rugby. In the game I played (with studs nailed on, I confess) you could shoulder charge wee wingers into the next County but you couldn’t lay hands on them. What’s more, the wee wingers accepted the shoulder charge but went ape if you tried to pull them back.

A plastic pitch is not an excuse when there is such a difference in the quality of the players the clubs can put on the field. Rangers’ previous travails at Rugby Park had more to do with their inability to cope with Dicker and Power than with the surface of the pitch. It’s not as though Kilmarnock win all their home games

Who’s going to buy crocks/duffers? Rangers have done it often enough. There must be other reckless/desperate clubs somewhere.
