What's the logic of conceding home advantage to ROI? -

Yep. Everything points that way. Already the new strip has a 'ticcy look to it. -

"Hampden holds the European record attendance for an international match and world record for a club match plus UEFA competition record and still holds every major European record there is." Yes, but that was a different Hampden. Marvellous arena unless you like these new-fangled, soulless places. -

We're on our way to Paradise! Actually Murrayfield makes perfect sense if sensible co-operation with the rugger chappie could be achieved. Can't see it happening, though. The rugby guys would be all right but the SFA? -
At least they've abandoned the ould boys from the dear land across the sea syndrome.

If he does well he could work his way up to something like assistant manager at the Villa.

Better photies of KM. What a difference a collar and tie make. Old Fogeys Loyal.

Looking good for Uruguay and Costa Rica. I still say the winners will be Brazentinaguay.

England giving Ecuador a decent game. Oh, wait. It should be the other way round, shouldn't it? 2 - 2 with minutes to go. I wonder how much the Ecuador national team would cost to buy in a job lot, except Valencia, whom we couldn't afford.

Only in that league for one season? Let's hope so.

Sounds like adspeak promo huffing and puffing. Not long ago the Club didn't have to sell STs. You had to queue to get on to the waiting list. There will be umpteen thousand STs available when they release a new tranche. Could be this afternoon. Could be tomorrow.

Sports Direct refusing to take back my top
Scott7 replied to Ser Barristan Selmy's topic in Rangers Chat
Rejection must take place as soon as the defect manifests itself. You could say that you intimated an intention to reject when the shirt became a duffer but you didn't follow it up by sending it back there and then. Keep on at them though. They might get fed up and give you a new one for the sake of peace.- 31 replies

Can't make up my mind. Somebody do it for me while I decide if Thornton, Stein or Super plays as the other striker. (I've still to rule out Jimmy Millar)

Ross County chairman Roy MacGregor insists fans' needs should be put first
Scott7 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
He's doing it for Ross County not ICT. Two ugly sisters from my point of view. Raw prejudice aside, the bloke is right. -
Summer transfer window: Official ins/outs and transfer rumours

Good news at last. -
At the very least it's a real contest. Shades of Eubanks v Benn. Froch might win. On the other hand it could be Groves. Think I've got that covered.

SBS itemises the major failures of recent times. A dire litany. der Berliner asks if the same could be done for Arsene Wenger. I doubt it but have a go dB. Remember, getting Duffed by Bolton or Stoke is nowhere as bad as defeats by Peterhead or Annan, non-leaguers until recently.

I doubt if Lennon is So'ton's style. I know they are not his. Saints are currently a good team but the Club doesn't have much of a "name". Newcastle, even Sunderland, are " names" but their teams haven't been up to much for a few years. Magpies might suit him and let's face it he can organise and motivate up to a certain level.

Giggs ahead of Best and Charlton? I don't think so. Certainly not ahead of Denis Law or Duncan Edwards.
-
Poor game, though, wasn't it? A bit like Motherwell v Killiie. That di Maria's a player.

McCann talks a good game, but can he manage? The best analyst I ever heard was John Greig. Could he manage? We'll never know. Should have started in a lower league and worked his way up like Ferguson and dare I say it? - O'Neil.
