A Broch insider told me yesterday that the attitude of Rangers players and management had been excellent and much appreciated by Fraserburgh. He reckoned Rangers win was comfortable. This guy is a comparitively rare creature - a native non RC north easter who supports celtic. Footballing reasons only. Having said that, I know another one. Both decent blokes

The January Transfer Window Rumours and Deals Thread

“Fliendish”, surely. -
Sad news. The best summariser bar none. The baboon children at BBC Scotland and BT Sports should be locked in a room with Jimmy Armfield’s tapes and not allowed out until they learn how to do the job.

City were stunning. 500+ passes swiping them up and across the pitch effortlessly. Chelsea knew long before the end they could do nothing about it.

The best thing about Ross-shire is that it's full of bluenoses. I wonder how they'll take to Mr Coyle. -

"bevvy", "huckled", "punters". Such elegant prose. -
"he made the foul" So, the outcome was indeed a foul. What's the award for that when it happens in the penalty area? Back to the Blarney Stone, Dermott, and learn to get your words right.

No, that's us, surely .

Rant or not TB could be right. Time will tell at the end of the second round of matches.

Fleck for the Blades and some bloke called Hooper for Wedneday.
-
Owls v Blades used to be a FL Div 1 top eight fixture, the winners to narrow the gap with Wolves at the top. This is a good league for sentimental old guys but perhaps not so much when you look at the relegation candidates. Sunderland could go down.

SRtRC responds to Morelos article in the Daily Record
Scott7 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Jackson's despicable article is reproduced elsewhere. It was a smart alec piece with an undertone that the author is well up with the drugs scene and a disguised implication that there is a connection between Morelos and drugs just because he is Colombian. Jackson should be fired. -
[FT] Partick Thistle 1 - 3 Rangers (Pena 55; Candeias 94; Herrera 99)

That was a neat goal by Herrera. Looks a bit like Maxie Mirray from a distance. -

McRorie looked like a Rangers defender as he ran on to the park and within minutes he hoofed the ball into the stand. Sometimes you've got to do that. Is the weekend too soon for him? -
Double post.

Melted Toffees. I go to the kitchen for five minutes and switch on R5 for the score. 1-0 United and not long to go. Ref denies United a penalty, wrongly according to the commentary. An hour later I check for the final score. 4-1. You can overcome bad refs' decisions. But it's easier to do if you're 1-0 up anyway. And you've got good players.

City are twice as good as I thought they were.
