We've all been there...but perhaps not just prior to refereeing a high level football match. 🤣
Stone cold sober but the upshot was the Corporation ‘bus stop sign for the Usher Hall going off to Bogota in some dame’s luggage.

Much like Stuart Munro or Davie Robertson were no Stevens, Ricksen, Papac or - dare I say it - Tavernier, they gave the 100 % they had
Robertson was a much better player than the other defenders you mention except Stevens. Munro was s good honest tradesman. Souness rated him for that quality. I wish he were playing now. Papac similar, a bit classier. Stevens was outstanding. Ricksen was generally poor at defending.
Wright is closer to McCann than to the others in the same way as the Earth is closer to the Sun than is the planet Neptune.
I agree entirely about McCausland and your general premise about realism is correct.

The seller is willing. Buyers can’t be found. Those who can afford the goods can pay for much better. Those who might be willing to take them can’t afford them. The goods themselves are a bit picky about where they go.

I think It is very relevant.
It’s not. The peculiar fetish for nazi regalia started decades ago, long before Ukraine entered the news programmes. The majority of users have little notion of the significance other than to think it’s pretty cool. A Prince of the realm dolled himself up in it. Luckily you’ve got him now.

What's the problem and faux outrage? The Ukrainians will warmly welcome this sort of imagery and if they and theirs wear it every other day in next to each war snippet you see on TV, no-one takes note or looks actively away.
No relevance. This is not Ukraine.

Eh, it's a good sport.
I find it therapeutic. Strange as it sounds.
Undeniable though I’m a billiards man by preference. The point is the you wouldn’t pck a snooker player for central defence.

I would urge the Club to condemn the flag and unequivocally state there is no place for such symbolism among our support.
Correct.

they're in the same boat as Rangers a lack of strikers. 😆
Except City’s midfielders and wingers can score goals so it doesn’t matter so much.

Joint top undefeated after an away game against last season’s third best team. Good result with the players available.
Just very disappointing that these are indeed the players available with Cortes down already and only the prospect of Pröpper to give hope.

Butland, Tavernier, Souttar, Davies, Ridvan,
Souttar the sole defender in front of a shaky ‘keeper. The forwards will have to score six.

North Central Edinburgh is more like Stockbridge/Silvermills than Murrayfield.
I always reckoned Murrayfield was west Edinburgh.
My late lamented brother-in-law got a big promotion from Glasgow to Head Office in Edinburgh. My sister would only contemplate buying in Corstorphine being convenient for the ‘bus to Glasgow. They settled for Linlithgow in the end.

North Central Edinburgh, South East Berlin, East Central Edinburgh
NC Edinburgh? In my day it was mostly lawyers who lived there. Dangerous blighters right enough.

Noticed that. Wootton v Mangotsfield looks the pick of the round. Is it on the TV? Got a hunch Abbey Hey might be the ones to cause a few shocks though!
Terrific in-depth knowledge you’ve got there, Ted.

I was just saying to the wee man that on three Saturdays running, Rangers will have played at Murrayfield, East Berlin and Gorgie.
Murrayfield, East Berlin, Gorgie - spot the odd one out. I go for Murrayfield - refined, elegant- the other two bloody dangerous.
Long, long time since I’ve been in Murrayfield right enough.

Omnishambles. We were never told this was happening. Fans ignored as usual.

It seems the club/project team went and found a contractor who promised otherwise.
Never fear. Rangers are red hot on contract matters. There will be watertight completion delay clause with cast iron damages quantification.
There you are - Rangers legal, red hot, watertight and cast iron.

At the end of the day, the only thing that will make the board sit up and take notice is fans voting with their feet
When I went to the football, it was to see the team, not the board. No matter how bad they are, it’s still the Rangers.

The pronunciation of Union was a constant source of amusement (sounds like you're singing Onion Berlin).
It’s a foreign language though more foreign in, let’s say, Corstorphine than in, for example, Clatt. The roots are the same. A recent German ambassador to the UK described himself and his countrymen as the Anglo Saxons who missed the boat.

It is. You’re just out of the mental stage and you’ll be ok now until past sixty and then it all starts to come back. I’m worse now than I was when I was eight.
