  1. Henderson was a better right winger than Wilson but you’re right, Wilson could play left, right, inside and centre and do a job in defence if required. The most versatile player ever for Rangers?

Plenty of players could perform adequately in different positions but Davy was very, very good In all of them.

    What about Davie Cooper?

Difficult comparison. Two different types of player. Strangely Henderson was better in the early part of his career whereas Cooper was often ineffective to start with but matured into genius capable of defence destruction from positions further in from the touchline.

As a traditional winger, Henderson was the better.

  3. Henderson, despite my username.

There was nothing more exciting than Scott racing onto a McMillan defence splitter, blistering past the fullback and crossing on the run but Henderson’s all round game was better.

  4. An application has been made to the Court of Session seeking an order for anonymity in proceedings. The identity of the applicant and the subject matter of the litigation are not revealed. The other party is Celtic PLC.

I thought their ex-chairman Leslie Deans(a lawyer) outlined why they’d win in court.

Which probably is explains why Doncaster has been running around like a headless chicken these past few weeks pushing reconstruction to avoid court

He did. Seemed a bit wing and a prayer. But Hearts will have much heavier artillery than Deans lined up. At least I’d hope so.

Could hearts get a court interdict to prevent the SPFL season starting?

I think they have to try. If the season goes ahead, that immediately creates a new status quo which would be nearly impossible to unravel.

They’ll only get a temporary interdict if their action is on strong legal grounds. It will be interesting to see what these are. They can’t just turn up and say it’s not fair. While many would agree with that, something a bit more legal will be needed.
