  1. Maybe because they were relieved Hubbard had gone and they feared Henderson more? Despite the great Scott featuring in our usernames, I concede that Wilson was the better, just not as spectacular.
  2. Same old Arsenal. compo was wondering who would be the first managerial casualty. Arteta? Good for the Bees. Keep at it though. I remember seasons when Carlisle United and Northampton Town were early leaders in the old Football League Division 1.
  3. Did you leave after 10 minutes? Some might say the outcome was obvious when the draw was made.
  4. Rangers have had outstanding wingers. Wilson must be among the best, certainly the most versatile.
  5. Once more to the breach. The night. Brentford 1-3 Arsenal The morn. United 2-0 Leeds Burnley 1-2 BHA Chelsea 2-0 Palace Everton 2-1 So’ton Leicester 3-0 Wolves (Wolves on the way to Div 2. Don’t like being separated from West Brom) Watford 2-0 Villa Norwich 0-3 Liverpool The Sabbath Newcastle 2-2 Hammers ‘Spurs 2-1 City ( Who will Kane be playing for?)
  6. Some who can’t get to Ibrox, for whatever reason, don’t quite understand why a Rangers supporter having paid a lot of money to watch his team, wouldn’t do so for the whole ninety minutes. There is a difference between a supporter and an adherent, I suppose.
  7. From SPFL website: Elected to serve on the 2021/22 SPFL Board, alongside SPFL chief executive Neil Doncaster, chairman Murdoch MacLennan and independent non-executive director Karyn McCluskey, were: cinch Premiership: Ron Gordon (Hibernian), James MacDonald (Ross County), Stewart Robertson (Rangers) cinch Championship: Les Gray (Hamilton Academical), Ross McArthur (Dunfermline Athletic) cinch League 1 and League 2: Alastair Donald (Forfar Athletic), Alternate director - Paul Hetherington (Airdrieonians) Who is the celtic mole, absent Mulraney? Gray?
  8. I don’t have to imagine. I’m still wild Billy Stevenson was let go.
  9. If the SPFL rules specify arbitration, the Court won’t look at it other than to order any reluctant disputant to enter into the arbitration process. Maybe Rangers’ lawyers know a clever way round this. Not entirely impossible.
  10. I think you’re right. But I think the SFA will help them out. I hope Rangers’ lawyers have looked up the books this time.
  11. And Rangers enjoyed a share of luck which they hadn’t had for a number of seasons.
  12. Intense loyalty and unreserved willingness to follow and fund breed a sense of entitlement among many. I’ve got a wee streak of it myself which I try to suppress. Keep us out.
  13. I wonder if she can name the colleagues.
  14. Where’s he gone wrong in the article?
  15. Not only are you an incorrigible leftie, asil, you are a reactionary Old Fogey. With regard to the latter, it takes one to know one.
  16. “Why the cover up?” Because he’s signing for sellick?
  17. Having “stormed the ground” what are they going to do? Wreck it? Does anyone think the Alban Polis will find out about this?
