SPFL Season declaration challenged legally (ongoing discussion)

The question remains in all of this why Dundee changed their vote & in doing so passed the SPFL resolution. Were they offered something to do so? If so what & by whom ? If they have been offered something then are we looking at bribery? Corruption? The actions of both MacLennan & now Doncaster makes me think that they’re trying to hide something -

Things not looking good for the SPFL three wise monkeys Doncaster, MacLennan & MacKenzie. Even McLaughlin trying to throw them under the wheels of a bus. Their time is up. All three must go. -

Did Ra Shellik not have annual operating costs of over £80m in recent accounts?? If so I’d think they’d much more to worry about... -

He won’t be the only one. They all sense blood. £388k p.a. Jobs in Scottish football few & far between. This opportunity to remove one of liewell’s key lieutenants must not be passed up. -

For me they got offered league reconstruction if they voted to accept the SPFL proposal to finish the lower leagues & award the premiership to the yahoos. But league reconstruction requires an 11-1 vote in the premiership. Rangers will vote against & I cannot see why the yahoos would want it either. Others too maybe. Budge & others have been sold a pup with league reconstruction in return for voting for the SPFL proposal -

Of course it’s been orchestrated with the eventual aim of awarding the yahoos the premiership title Problem is liewell’s 3 SPFL stooges have screwed up -

One wonders how much longer the ominous silence from glasgow’s East end will continue regards the SPFL vote fiasco. Liewell seems to have abandoned his 3 SPFL placemen who are now coming under fire from everyone. Do the yahoos support an independent SPFL investigation or not? Do the yahoos support league reconstruction or not? Hopefully we are now beginning to see the end of liewell’s cast iron grip on Scottish football -

The SPFL are on the backfoot. Where we want them. We must make the most of this opportunity to get rid off their senior office bearers with yahoo sympathies. We are now in a situation where we have others who share our concerns about the SPFL. We must work with them to achieve our goal to eliminate some or all of Doncaster, McKenzie & McLennan. After this we can then turn our attention to the SFA.... -

How is a 14 team premiership going to work ? Play each other home & away then split after 26 games? That’ll lead to lots of meaningless games. And how many will be relegated? Bet the likes of Hamilton, St Mirren etc will try to have just one up & one down.. This is going to be a bigger shambles than last weeks vote -

League reconstruction will be a farce if that’s where we’re heading. A top division of 14 teams would be a joke. Maybe the board are waiting for this nonsense to unravel.. -

Liewell isn’t on any of the SPFL boards as far as I know. If Doncaster & others at the SPFL are consulting him regards this vote then questions need to be asked. -

Am I the only one ( & Ally McCoist too maybe) who thinks Fridays fiasco should be getting investigated by the police? Can we be sure friday’s vote wasn’t rigged by certain individuals? Corporate crime ? -

We’ve always known that the SPFL ( & it’s predecessor the SPL) were incompetent & corrupt. Looks like Friday’s ‘vote’ has now convinced many others too. How much longer can the current SPFL circus of Doncaster, MacKenzie & McLennan continue ? -

The SPFL vote on Friday ( in which clubs were being blackmailed into accepting to get financial payments) was allegedly to complete the championship & leagues 1&2 but was in reality a forerunner to awarding Celtic the premiership in the coming weeks
