No liquidation has occurred yet. The club was sold to a newco and its SFA licence transferred with it(thus maintaining its history). The oldco is an empty corporate shell with the £5.5m in its account CG's consortium paid for it which BDO are in the process of winding up and probably won't be for years to come pending all the investigations taking place. No liquidation has taken place

if these figures are assuming that sponsors & SKY will be prepared to put in similar amounts of cash without Rangers in top division then some people in this country are in for a big shock fairly soon. And CG must do everything to ensure Rangers do not subsidise the SPL junkies for another season by refusing to sign next season's SKY deal. Perhaps Speirs is deaf but support for the IRA from the Celtic support is blatantly obvious at every game home & away and we're not talking about a minority here. I often wonder why the police at Celtic's matches take a backseat while the Celtic support show their support for banned Irish terrorist organisations. Let's not forget it was HMRC who allowed Whyte to run up the £15m tax debt in the first place. Given his business track record why didn't they act sooner? Did they tell the SFA ? There are many questions we need answered about both HMRC and LBG in particular

This is the bit I don't get. Muir was supposedly a Rangers man so why would he want to damage the club, who were already reducing bank debt year after year with AJ as chairman? And this bankdebt was nothing out of the ordinary when compared to other clubs debts. MIM's bankdebt was something like £700m yet LBG seemed much more concerned with Rangers debt of around £20m and falling. Why? Makes no sense to me.

The question which must get answered is how Whyte managed to get Rangers. Was SDM blackmailed into selling to Whyte by LBG ? If so by whom & for what reasons? Was it by the bhoys at LBG at that time (Fullerton & Kane) or did they get some patsy at LBG to do their dirty work for them?

A good response from JT but it is time he went on the offensive instead of the defensive all the time. If he has dirt to dish on our enemies within Scottish Football (and by that I mean the mhedia, the SFA, SPL etc) then it must be time soon to fire the bullets to take these people out. As he says in his article Whyte is under crown office investigation so maybe that is why he is holding back at present but when the time is right he must be prepared to blitz these people. Also if people are going to make false accusations against Rangers or persons employed by Rangers then litigation must be sought

There's supposedly 2 SPL players who are out of contract at end of season joining us & will be registered on sept1. No idea who they are though. Perhaps cammy bell is one.

In MF we've got McLeod, Black, Crawford & Hutton. That's it. Two youngsters, one slightly older and only one with any real experience who's been a bit disappointing some would say

Bell would be a decent addition but it's at CB & MF creativity where we're well short at the moment.
