  1. Not it isn't. This all started in the latter years of the SDM era when Reid became their chairman
  2. our problems started when Reid became their chairman, Ever wonder what he got up to regards HMRC & LBG ? not to mention FARE too
  3. Fraud cases are notoriously difficult to get successful prosecutions. A half decent defence lawyer will blow the case apart if the prosecution's evidence is not watertight. The prosecution need to ensure every bit of their evidence is checked many times over and will stand up in court.A legal chum of mine predicted it may take between 3 to 5 years before Whyte stands trial for anything. Whether that's correct remains to be seen
  4. Ticketus only had personal contractual rights under scots law according to Lord Glennie hence they pursued Whyte thro' the courts down south. In the end the only major debt we had(oldco that is) was the PAYE/NI Whyte never paid. When the FTT was won on Nov20 2012( triumphant tuesday) this whole gameplan of HMRC & LBG(masterminded by you-know who ) began its long process to unravel & will further unravel next year following the UTT in february.Don't forget the police & insolvency service have to conclude their investigations too. This whole thing ain't started yet..................
  5. Spot on. He holds no position within Rangers. So what can the SFA even if he was involved in some capacity in the background? I genuinely don't think he's involved however. He was nothing more than a Walter Mitty who wanted to make a name for himself defeating HMRC in the BTC. His problem was that he didn't have the funds to run Rangers before the BTC result which led to administration. The real story however is how he managed to acquire Rangers in the first place. I believe LBG should be the ones to answer that one
  6. Agree with what you say mostly but what do you mean by 'our' lot aided them greatly ? there was little which could be done. They(dhims) were in positions of power at LBG & HMRC were chasing us for a fictitious EBT bill which I've always maintained was instigated by someone like Reid. SDM's fault in his latter years at Rangers was to abandon ship & leave us unrepresented at the SFA & SPL. Then they took over and have been calling the shots ever since there.
  7. This country has not the political will to tackle this grotesque club and a sizeable vile element in its support. The two main political parties in Scotland(labour & SNP) dare not say anything untoward against this grotesque club in case it affects their polling. Week after week the terrorism act is flouted by this sizeable element showing its support for outlawed terrorist organisations. What gets done ? absolutely nothing. The top law officer in Scotland is supposedly a season-ticket holder of theirs. What does he see or hear ? Or does he pretend to ignore? So don't be too surprised at their actions on Remembrance Sunday. It's expected now but as I said there is no political will to tackle this issue or others with this 'anti-British underclass' which VB recently described so well.
  8. £2m a year TV deal with Chinese TV - hilarious. Who writes this stuff? does anyone actually believe this even though it's peanuts?
  9. There must be a valid reason for cancelling this game. It'll be interesting to hear what it is. The fact that no one at Rangers seems to know anything about this suggests some sort of collusion between the SPFL & Celt*c. I think the earlier suggestion that the risk of crowd misbehaviour from them following the amsterdam riots last may be well-founded
  10. you've hit the nail on the head
  11. If there was strong leadership within the club we'd be calling for his head but there isn't. We've not even got a CEO at present. We're leaderless and THEY know it. Things have got to change
  12. Would like to think the club is considering its response to this. This is an opportunity to get rid off Regan. We must take it
  13. Regan is Liewell's buddy from their days at coors together. He does what Liewell tells him. When our new CEO gets appointed he/she must make a top priority the removal of Regan. Dumbcaster too
  14. The main issue bud is that the Aussies have got a vastly superior TV deal than the SPFL. Doesn't say much for those running our game does it? when Walter Smith left Rangers a couple of years ago he warned Scottish Football had no money. Those chickens will soon be coming home to roost for a number of clubs. Just ask Hearts & Dunfermline
  15. The real issue is that the SPFL TV deal is peanuts compared to other countries. It's about half of what the Australian A league gets which, with all due respect, isn't the greatest league in the world. The Dutch eredivisie league isn't the gresatest either but gets about 5 times what the SPFL gets. So if popcorn teeth realy wants to talk about TV deals he should take it up with his boss Liewell. He might even find out what it was Liewell & his buddy Dumbcaster signed up to with SKY last summer as they strolled thro' the airport together as they put together something to keep SKY on board in an unappealing league without Rangers in it. I suspect they signed a longterm deal for pretty much the status quo with no increase for years to come which is little good for anyone.
  16. Regan is Liewell's puppet at the SFA just as Dumbcaster is Liewell's puppet at the SPL, sorry SPFL. To remove him would require taking on Liewell too and scottish club chairmen haven't the balls for that. They're a weak, subservient bunch only too happy to please their leader as scottish football lies in the gutter with little hope of getting out of it
  17. With Little's injury Clark will get his opportunity but he needs goals and quickly otherwise McCoist will start looking elsewhere starting in january. 2 goals so far ain't great whichever way you look at it. We're now over-relying on Daly for goals which can't continue. Daly needs a strike-partner to share the goal-scoring burden.
  18. We should have scored more goals today. With Little's injury young Clark has to take the opportunity he'll now get alongside Daly whom we're now over-relying on. I think Clark needs to get more goals and quickly otherwise McCoist will start looking elsewhere. We're still a bit short in 3 or 4 positions but I'm sure Ally fully realises this and will move to remedy this either in january or in the Summer when we'll need a team in place to get us back to the top division and back into Europe
  19. This is what happens when these people get into these positions................. What's more worrying is the total lack of response from the holyrood toytown parliament. Does emperor salmond not want to upset his potential supporters for next year's referendum? Wouldn't worry too much about it though Mr Salmond. You will not win anyway.
  20. I think they voted along with the Bheasts to vote us out the SPL because at the time they were deliberately given false & misleading information such as we were in over £100m in debt, cheated by paying players we couldn't afford etc.The only major debt we had in the end was the tax/NI whyte never paid. They voted accordingly but would they vote differently now? Once the real story comes out about who got HMRC to pursue a fictitious debt & who in LBG forced SDM to sell to Whyte then Scottish football will have a real story on its hands.
  21. As might be expected, not a word from Salmond or his fellow Holyrood incumbents regards the Amsterdam riots. If it were Rangers however.......................well that would be different wouldn't it?
  22. Nothing to do with it. There would have been a UEFA observer at the game. Didn't he/she hear the jolly craicsters ?
  23. UEFA hasn't opened any proceedings against the 'parkhead club' over sectarian chanting ? are they deaf ? has Lunny got a job with UEFA too? do I detect influence from the discredited & corrupt FARE organisation in ignoring the sectarian chants from the supporters of the 'parkhead club'?
