  1. A well known Glasgow legal firm springs to mind............
  2. so why didnt King wait 24hrs when he would have had proof of funds before he made this offer?
  3. Tell me:- Do you know what these people think about Rangers ?
  4. CW getting Rangers greatly benefited one club in Scotland. What happened next was inevitable. It would financially cripple Rangers for years to come. It also allowed 'them' relatively easy access to CL money for years to come via easier qualifiers due to Reid's cosy relationship with Platini. They could dominate Scottish football for the foreseeable future. My turn for question now: Who ran LBG's Scottish business division at that time?
  5. opportunity ? LOL Was it not if SDM didnt sell to Whyte all bank credit was to be withdrawn from MIM? opportinity? LOL Blackmail?
  6. So why were LBG so keen for Whyte to get Rangers then? The Rangers bank debt was small beer compared to the MIH bank debt
  7. And hopefully we will see the individuals in the organisations who enabled Whyte to acquire Rangers brought to justice instead of the four lackeys lifted last week
  8. Who are the other main unsecured creditors of the oldco? I thought unsecured creditors got hee-haw basically yet it says DK could get £5.7m?????
  9. With no clear plan, no proof of funds, not naming investors etc DK played right into the hands of the board. He gave them perfect reason to reject his proposals whatever they were. If he'd been up front things would have been different.
  10. Aye lets go to the top division again and work our way up. The fans will come flooding back and DK will make up any financial shortfall.
  11. Is it not the case LBG still have in their possession the millions Whyte & Co fraudulently obtained to acquire Rangers ? Will they be forced to hand it back to whoever? Is it not the proceeds of a crime? Did they do any diligence to see where this money came from?
  12. So just what is the £20m directors debt then? Clearing what debt would have prevented liquidation? the bogus HMRC EBT debt?
  13. We've a dozen or so players out of contract at the end of the season. Few,if any, will get offered new deals I would think. We'll need to get new players for next season whatever league we're in.
  14. IIRC at time of administration there were only two directors: Whyte & King
  15. do you know for sure it was an investment?
  16. the directors figure is above the ticketus whom it's said were due £27m. I thought whyte paid back some of that £27m to ticketus ? how can shareholder be owed £10m. If a company goes out of business don't they lose out regardless ?
  17. how were directors owed £20m?
  18. where does it say £168.7m of unsecured creditors?
  19. There were plenty warning signs about Whyte at the time which should have prevented him getting Rangers. The fact that he did has always convinced me SDM was forced to sell Rangers.
  20. At the time Whyte got Rangers I worked beside a guy from Motherwell who knew all about Whyte and his history. He and his father had a plant hire business which went bust in the early 90's.Whyte left and went south leaving a load of debts and reinvented himself as a 'venture capitalist'. My work colleague at that time was doubled up in laughter at that description. His description was somewhat different of Whyte and much more accurate. When he re-emerged to buy Rangers in 2010 what we didn't know that since he'd left Scotland in the early 90's he had very shady business dealings and subsequently owed HMRC about £4m before he got Rangers.Daly's BBC documentary about Whyte details all of this. Paul Murray compiled a dossier on Whyte when he appeared on the scene and I believe it was scathing about Whyte. Why then was this sale allowed to proceed ? That's a question I've been asking constantly on here for the past few years

    Ally's CV

As I see it there are two obstacles to getting rid off Ally:- 1) Costs involved in removing him and his coaching entourage 2) Being unable to identify a suitable replacement
  22. I believe he wrote about Whyte in his on line column in the Daily Telegraph
  23. Didn't exactly need the Internet to find out about Whyte did it then? Jeff Randall (SKY news business editor & Rangers supporter) was one who certainly made comments about him the day he got Rangers
  24. We need better coaches and better first team management before we can start depending on kids. Until that happens MP is a complete waste of time
