In theory NO but as I said it does open up a whole can of worms IMO. For example does every current director at each Scottish football club meet the FAPP requirements? And was it not ludicrous that Paul Murray had to go thro' this process when he'd absolutely nothing to do with what happened to Rangers under Whyte?

The problem the SFA would have in rejecting DK as not FAPP is that it would open up a whole can of worms as to others past & present who'd fail this supposed-test. Dermot Desmond for one. Just google his links with the former Irish prime minister CHarles Haughey & you'll see what I mean
  3. Does everyone realise fenia!n is neither a race or religion? Indeed many of them were protestant. They were irish rebels seeking home rule in the nineteenth century. It is only the Rangers-hating media in this country who have made it sectarian for their own purposes.
  4. The 'F Word' as you call it is neither a religion nor a race. It is deemed sectarian is by Rangers-haters who think nothing of using similar words & phrases against Rangers & its supporters & expect no retribution in the SNP Scotland
  5. Remember Donald Findlay having to resign as Rangers chairman? Perhaps he shouldnt have resigned then because of your 'retrospective' logic then?
  6. He should have been removed on a point of principle. That is why. Had a candidate(of any party) referred to f@nians I can just imagine the furore
  7. Perhaps not but dont you think it is hyper-critical of the SNP to endorse a candidate guilty of an earlier offence which they later sought to criminalise ?
  8. But of course it's OK to support Scottish nationalism, separatism, and in some cases militant Irish republicanism, drape themselves in Saltires & behave like thugs
  9. ownership? Ashley doesn't even own 10% of RIFC
  10. Maybe at LBG? Dont forget they accepted Whyte's £18m as part of his takeover which we now know was fraudulently obtained. Why were they so keen to force this takeover(without it would appear doing any sort of due diligence ad to where this money came from) and in whose interests would it have been? Not sure about this Ashley stuff though. What evidence is there to suggest he has been acting improperly?
  11. I think certain people in the SPFL are genuinely beginning to panic at the prospect of no Rangers in the top division next season....
  12. if there is it will be worth peanuts like the TV deal Liewell & Dumbcaster signed in 2012. The TV companies however are a different matter altogether
  13. I think it has been apparent for some time though we need a proper unionist party to replace Labour, Tories & the Lid dems who are all now totally ineffective against the SNP
  14. Maybe they do but more importantly wherever we are next season we simply must get strikers who can get 20 or more goals per season. That is just as important.
  15. Can only offer Moshni best wishes. Perhaps a better manager will get the best out of him. Unfortunately we werent able to offer him that
  16. Not getting a game with us but gets signed by a bundesliga club. Something not quite right with this is there?
  17. I'd guess it's more likely to be three leagues of fourteen with a split halfway through. Keeps to 38 games & everyone plays each other equally H & A
  18. No I mean potential sponsors & TV companies are getting twitchy. Very twitchy maybe in some cases
  19. I have it on good authority that the SPFL are absolutely bricking it if we don't go up................
  20. Some tactics this time are imperative. QOS play 3-5-2 but I'm sure McCall is aware of that & we won't get outnumbered in MF and caught on the break this time around
  21. LOL. They've been running a toytown parliament for the past eight years full of self-important ex-councillors. The big decisions such as the the economy still lie with Westminster. The SNP would get found out big style had they got independence. The currency issue at the referendum being the classic example.
  22. Neither Hardie nor Gallagher will get selected ahead of Kenny Miller & Nicky Clark under McCall. Depressing but true. Gallagher perhaps more so than Hardie should have got a chance given the lack of goals our strikers have scored this season plus he had a decent loan spell in the first half of the season.
  23. If found guilty, Sporting Integrity demands the yahoos hand back this money with interest & the SPFL set up a commision chaired by LNS to determine whether they gained any sporting advantage from this and whether the payments made to the yahoos could be considered undeclared side payments.
  24. McCall shys away from big decisions. McCulloch is the most obvious one
  25. The play-offs will tell us all we need to know about McCall regards team selections & tactics. On that basis I have little confidence I regret to say
