I couldn't believe what I was watching when we conceded that goal.

Raskin, Kent, Barišić and Lundstram all watching the ball.

I think it's the worst goal I've ever seen us concede. The last 18 months have provided plenty to choose from but that still manages to be the worst.

Even if Raskin thinks he has fouled the player he should still be chasing the ball.

The referee didn’t blow for a foul. Always play to the whistle

  2. The biggest challenge for next season will be to get a front 3 who can score a lot more than what we’ve currently got.

And it might be best to look at more experienced players than going for younger players & hoping to sell them for profit

I’ll throw a name in…Sory Kaba. He’s 28. Played against us for FC Midyjtland in the EL a few seasons ago. Has fallen out with them & been shipped out on loan to OH Leuven in Belgium & now he’s at Cardiff City. Scored goals at both of them. He’s got one year left on his contract at FC Midyjtland so wouldn’t cost that much

Not at this time. He has only signed two players, however his ability to rebuild will be hampered by the lack of funds available to him.

So we'll have the core of the same squad next season as we have now - can't say that gives me confidence in our ability to win the league

A new striker with a proven record could make all the difference

So what you are really saying is that MB isn't better than Gio, just less worse? We are 12 points behind and they are on course for another treble. We've simply not closed the gap (it's widened), and don't look capable of beating them.

But what’s the solution? Another new manager?

But we are - further behind in the league, beaten in a final and semi-final. The results may look closer, but the bottom line is we've lost to them AGAIN. We never looked like winning that game today.

We keep making excuses, they keep winning trophies.

So what’s the solution then? Sack the manager again? We’ve already got shot off one manager & also the DoF which a positive step IMO.

Reality is we’ve no serious money to spend and are looking for Bosmans as usual. Things are what they are unless a serious investor comes but would no doubt meet opposition from the usual suspects in our support

We have fallen further behind them since Beale took over. A solitary draw at Ibrox and then lost the rest including a cup final and now semi-final. Basically, we haven't laid a glove on them.

Beale needs to sign players with the mentality to play for Rangers. I've defended Tav, Borna et al, but we need an entire new back 5, a new midfield and new strikers. On otherwards a new team.

I don’t think we’ve fallen further behind since MB took over but up front were no match for them. They’ve got a front 3 who can ball score. We don’t

  7. We were disappointing in the 1st half but played a lot better 2nd half today.

MB has closed the gap but a gap still exists. At least the 3-0 and 4-0 defeats are a thing of the past now.

Assuming Morelos leaves we need to get a striker who can get goals in this fixture. 3 goals in 6 years against them isn’t a lot from Alfie.
A very important summer lies ahead. Our recruitment must be a lot better than it’s been these past few years

Kieran Dowell to sign for Rangers on three-year deal as Norwich free agent heads to Ibrox

The 25-year-old is set to kick-start a pre-season revamp of Gers' squad as Michael Beale gets his man.

Kieran Dowell has agreed to become Rangers boss Michael Beale's first summer signing. Mailsport understands the Norwich City midfielder will pen a three-year deal at Ibrox when his Carrow Road contract expires.
The 25-year-old is set to kick-start a pre-season revamp of Gers' squad, following his ex-Canaries team-mate Todd Cantwell and Romanian midfielder Nico Raskin, who joined in January. Free agent Dowell has already met Beale and is keen to be part of a new-look Rangers next term. It's understood the former Everton youngster has already passed a medical ahead of moving to Glasgow. While at Goodison Park, he had loan spells at Nottingham Forest, Sheffield United, Derby and Wigan - before signing for Norwich in 2020.
This season, Dowell has scored five goals in 26 appearances for the Championship side. Beale has also been linked with moves for Crystal Palace keeper Jack Butland and Swansea City winger Morgan Whittaker. He's been actively pursuing transfer targets after Ibrox sporting director Ross Wilson left for Nottingham Forest - and has managed to snare Dowell early.

Oh great, another new signing with a dodgy injury record.

Media would love the demise of City. Forfeited titles could be divided between their adored Liverpool and some institution they call Man Yoo.

Stripping titles would destroy the credibility of the EPL. And what would happen with sponsors & TV companies who’d put their money in only to discover a few years later the league campaigns were now null & void?

I wouldn’t push that one it might give our authorities ideas of removing titles for the EBT years you know what our lot are like .

Ours is done & dusted. They won’t revisit as the east end mob have much worse covering up CSA

however down south can’t help feeling knives are out for Man City, Chelsea and now Newcastle

Rangers ready near-£4.3million bid to sign Luis Palma as transfer hurry emerges from Greece

Rangers are pushing to close a deal for Honduran attacker Luis Palma “as soon as possible” ahead of the competition, according to The Transfer Geek.

The 23-year-old has been attracting widespread attention with multiple bids from different countries are already thought to have been rejected.

But after scouting him a number of times it appears the Gers are pressing ahead to secure an agreement with a €5million bid expected imminently [£4.3million].

This guy seems to tick a few boxes. Right age too. Only 23

It may well be a more simple process. Some might even think it's a better process but I'm uncomfortable that Michael Beale constantly chooses to express his opinions in the media. It looks increasingly like he's fighting to define the boundaries of his responsibilities but it shouldn't be a debate to be conducted in the papers. Would Walter have done it like this?

Wilson had far too much influence & authority

  13. Only issue I’ve got signing Jack Butland is he doesn’t seem to have played many games over the past couple of seasons but if this is true it’s good to see at long last we’re beginning to address the goalkeeper situation
