  1. I was talking collectively as you would know if you read what I had to say.

Though given you left out Kennedy I think we can all see you knew that already.

    This is fun.

I've not heard Kennedy's name mentioned recently that's why.

I genuinely do not believe the names you mentioned(including King) are as wealthy as you would like us to believe and Ashley is going all out to prove this with Rangers being the losers

  2. There is enough out there to know that it is weighted heavily in their favour and to that suggest those who signed up to the deal on behalf of the club were negligent or complicit.

However the majority are still unaware of details and SD want to keep it this way.............Are you happy with that Rabb ?

if u read what I said no I'm not happy but as I said we need to be told the exact details. No more speculation.

I also want to know what Ashley wants from Rangers. We must be small beer to him. Why is he involved? All he is getting is bad publicity. Is that what he wants ? Wouldn't think so

  3. Still cant put us into administration. Being main creditor doesn't give you the right to put a company into administration. He would, like HMRC, need to seek a winding up order. And, for 5 million, that winding up order would be swept aside fairly swiftly. Unless of course, like you, you believe that King and T3B don't have any money to pay off the 5 million loan.

I think you've hit the nail on the head. I genuinely believe Ashley doesnt think King & T3B have the funds. Whether he is correct or not remains to be seen.

  4. How can he do that if the agreement doesn't highlight an option to call the loan in?

Like Calgacus says that option isn't available to him so it's arguably in the club's best interests to retain the interest free loan in lieu of better retail contract terms.

If the terms of the loan have been broken regarding the 2 directors would that be enough to give him the right to demand repayment? Without seeing the terms of the loan agreement we are speculating.

  5. I wouldn't. There's no interest and no timescale for repayment. It's 'free' cash, we may as well use it. Moreover, I believe King is using it as leverage to renegotiate the retail deals. Shrewd move IMO.

You really think that's a good idea? Do you think really Ashley will negotiate with King ? I fear Ashley will go for the nucleur option. He has nothing to lose and doesn't believe King has 5m (as do I)

  6. We cant afford the transfer fees or wages, it really is that simple. Get used to it, at least in the short term.

If we were to get around £400k for Nicky Law from, say, Huddersfield then I think we'd use some or all of that to get Scott Allan from hibz before the end of August..Allan has only a year left on his contract at hibz and doesn't look like extending it so they'd need to sell before he can sign a pre-contract in January

  7. Recruiting a manager is probably THE most difficult task which a football club's board of directors has to do.

And in reality no one can be sure whether a manager will be successful as hoped for or not.

But they can only judge candidates by their recent history and make their decision accordingly. That is why I think from those mentioned I believe Mark Warburton would be the best choice for Rangers
