  1. Will we ever see the day when this club faces up to its responsibilities and sorts out its vile support & its links with militant Irish republicanism?
  2. I collected my tickets at 2 o'clock & was told 32k had been sold
  3. It will be a very tall order for us to win the SC this season I think.
  4. What would it have been for?
  5. Everything on schedule this season. The team is a vast improvement on last season's shambles under McCoist and we're on course for promotion which is imperative for financial reasons alone. Winning the SC would be good to get us into the EL next season but not the end of the world if we don't. However the team will need significant investment again in the summer if we're to make any impression next season providing we're promoted. That is the next big challenge for the board
  6. And for those reasons alone he should never again be allowed to set foot inside Ibrox or MP. It is up to the Rangers board & it's MD to ensure this prevails. He is an enemy of Rangers and should be treated as such.
  7. The problem with this I'd have thought is that even if the fraud convictions are all successful there will inevitably be appeals and any recompense wil be years away
  8. That maybe so but the value of those shares will continue to fall if things keep going as they are. Even MA won't want that.
  9. If fraud convictions are successful I would guess the current board will want to revisit all contracts signed by those individuals during their time at Rangers
  10. We need shot off the PUMA shirt deal too. It'll be worth peanuts
  11. One wonders what the SD non-exec directors think of the way things in general are going at SD. Do they have any?
  12. I'm just a bit surprised we never brought in a striker even on loan. Also I thought we'd have tried to get more players OUT even on loans as there are easily half a dozen or so in the first team squad who really don't have a future at Rangers. I also don't think anyone going out of contract at the end of the season will get a renewal despite what MW seemed to be saying regards Law
  13. When will the full trial begin? Anyone know?
  14. Would it not be an idea to get Cammy Bell out on loan somewhere? Hopefully with a view to a permanent deal?
  15. Livi still trying to get him AFAIK. Clark would be as well joining them. He's well down the pecking order at us now King & O'Halloran are here.
  16. Law,Clark,Templeton & Shiels are all out of contract at the end of the season & unlikely to get new deals. Wouldn't be surprised if we were trying to move at least one of them out before the deadline now we've got King and O'Halloran in.
  17. I'd doubt very much if we'd get anywhere near £5m profit(not sales) from merchandise even with Ashley gone. I'd say £1m-2m max. You need to forget we get peanuts from puma & 32 Red compared to the yahoos who get probably £6m-£10m from NB & Magners. That's where we're losing out just now
  18. £2m p.a, £4m p.a & NOW £5m p.a ???????
  19. So how much is he costing us then?
  20. It's the norm. Doing late deals gives your opponents less or no time to do anything else. We're going to play hibz away & will have genuine pace up front with O'Halloran for the first time in a long time. Will stubz doing anything? O'Halloran could destroy hibz
  21. Hopefully Friday was the beginning of the end for Spiers. Will any editor be daft enough to employ him again? It's overlooked just what he got sacked for i.e. trying to retract his employer's apology after he couldn't verify allegations he previously made about an uin-named Rangers director in an article written by him.
  22. Then it is up to the Rangers board to do something about this.
  23. Hope they didn't miss their Robin Reliant for the journey home ......
