To what extent is the success of Spanish football caused by having B teams playing in the lower divisions?

 

Does it have any negative effect on Spanish football?

I'd suggest having B teams in the lower divisions would be better than the U20 development league

The big guns of the English legal establshment lie in wait at the Supreme Court to obliterate the ridiculous 'common sense' judgement by the three clowns at the Scottish Court of Session last year.

It's simply not funny, or even an attempt at humour, when the victim of the "joke" is also the victim of a crime which is only now, many years after the event, beginning to come towards court action.

 

I cannot imagine for a moment anyone having a laugh at a rape victim, years later, or laughing about the murder of a loved one when the pain of it is still so strong and no justice has been had yet.

 

Instead of sympathy for what our club has had to go through from unscrupulous owners/rapists from fellow football fans who should fear that a similar fate could easily befall their beloved clubs, we get abuse and vilified.

Ah so he's calling it a 'wee joke' now is he ? Maybe the current SFA compliance officer should decide whether it was a 'wee joke' or not. To me he is deliberately making false allegations against an SFA member club which he knows to be untrue & should be brought to account for it.

If a player called Celtc a 'paedophile club' and later tried to pass it off as a 'wee joke' would the compliance officer take no action there too? I bet he wouldn't

P.s. Let me just add I do not believe any Scottish club is a 'paedophile club' but i am of the opinion Harkins knew exactly what he was saying & what he was getting into and should face the consequences for such.

He's just one of a number of poor refs we've now got. Standards have slipped ever since Hugh Dallas was fired after the yahoos got control of the SFA.

They shame Scotland (& maybe Oirlund too) but don't expect any of our spineless politicians to condemn the number of UEFA fines they've had over these past few seasons. Nor Rhegan's SFA.

If this were Rangers it would be headline news from the usual suspects in the pondlife mhedia.

We need to be looking at better than Greg Stewart.

The Rangers board must grow a pair & take this to the SFA and have this pondlife charged with bringing the game into disrepute.

There is no new club. The SPFL website clearly shows Rangers competing in the championship formed in 1872 and has 54 titles in its history.

Clark is certainly a trier but nowhere near the quality we need up front

I don't think Clark will be offered a new contract,but he can go out and play for one,or at least put himself in the shop window for other clubs!

Waghorn has suffered from injuries in the past so it was always a worry of mine that something like this would happen.

 

It's certainly a good chance for someone like Clark to step up and earn himself a new contract. His goal the other night was certainly well taken and he should get enough chances if he plays. However, in league matches, I'd expect Miller and/or O'Halloran to be the main alternatives.

Despite his goal on Tuesday I'd be very surprised indeed if Clark got offered a new deal

Whilst picking up my Petrofac cup final tickets at the ticket office yesterday, I couldn't help notice the poor state of the roadways around the back of the Broomloan, SJ & Copland Road stands. I'd like to see this improved upon at some point.

What we as a club have went through with very nasty crooks running our club I think the same of who is running/ruining Scottish football,absolute filth is in charge of Scottish football,what we have done as a club is cut out the cancer,with still a bit to do regards the fat bastard!,and the same is required of the SFA and until that happens Scottish football will continue to be a laughing stock,unfortunately all the other Scottish clubs seem to be quite content with the cabal that is running/ruining our game!.

When SDM abandoned ship at Ibrox & we ended up with no representation in Scottish Football, the yahoos took over & appointed their own people such as Dumbcaster & Rhegan. They effectively took over the running of the game in this country and it has been downhill ever since.

When we ended up in SFL3 the Tv deals & sponsorships Scottish a Football got were derisory compared to other similar sized countries to Scotland. Putting its biggest club in the bottom tier had its consequences financially to everyone and that is now beginning to show. Scottish clubs have no money to improve their product on the park. It is there for all to see in this season's results in European club competitions. Will anyone suggest next season will be better?

The situation won't improve until Rangers are back in the top division, competing for the title year in year out and playing in Europe beyond Christmas every season. That is hopefully not too far away now.Rangers will bring much needed finance to the top division when we return.

The big problem is that Scottish Football has fallen so far it's a long way back. The likes of Dumbcaster & Rhegan must be removed from their positions as a consequence of that.

As I said in an earlier post it was always inevitable the big clubs in the top leagues were going to want the CL money to themselves eventually.

Scottish clubs haven't done well enough in europe though have they? Most are out by the times the schools go back in august !

Couldn't agree more but we need to be careful here. There is no way Liewell is out there trying to negotiate on behalf of Scottish Football. Our board need to be focused here and keep a watchful eye on this. Liewell is not to be trusted.
