  1. It was rumoured Beale wasn’t the unanimous choice of the Rangers board. In their haste to get rid off GvB( a manager who months earlier had taken Rangers to the EL final) it would ultimately prove to be the wrong choice
  2. Any idea why Clarke selected 4 keepers for these 2 friendlies but only played one i.e. Gunn
  3. It’s UEFA not the SFA who have responsibility for Tv contracts for internationals
  4. Howcome we’re not playing ManUtd at ibrox?
  5. Everton likely to be docked more points following second PSR mee this vs month. Verdict early April
  6. Following Dundee’s second administration in 2010 Dens park was sold to Dundee Utd director John bennett(not the Rangers chairman)& leased back to them. John Nelms bought Dundee in 2013(?) and has been promising a new stadium almost ever since. He has spent next to nothing in upkeep & improvements at Dens which he bought back from Bennett last year. The new stadium seems pie in the sky stuff to me. It’s surely now up to the SPfL to punish Dundee over Sundays fiasco
  7. Peter will tell Neil and Murdoch which date best suits(Shellik) for the Dundee v Rangers game to be rescheduled
  8. I see our old chum Don Robertson is the referee tomorrow. ☹️
  9. Wright seems to have all the attributes to be a world beater but constantly fails at the final hurdle. I think Matondo will be shipped out by Clement at the end of the season along with h one or two others
  10. Win the next 4 league games before the split & we’ll go into the post-split with at least a 5 point lead. However we’ve seen one or two things of concern lately. Dessers goals seem to have dried up. He hasn’t scored since the hearts game at ibrox. Should we stick with him or try the proven Roofe? We’re short of wide players as we know due to injuries. Perhaps matondo will play on sunday( he came on against Benfica). I do feel Wright’s time is up. He has no final ball. Either play matondo & go 4-3-3 or stick with the 2 up front ( Silva & Roofe/Dessers) & go 4-4-2 Dundee are an inconsistent side who can be brilliant or dreadful especially on that pitch of theirs. Vital we start the game well & clear our lines effectively when required to do so at the back( something we don’t always do)
  11. Really disappointing night. We created very little & were absolutely awful for the last half hour. I also think our lack of quality up front showed tonight. Onto Sunday. Just hope we don’t continue where we left off tonight
  12. Whenever Rangers are doing well the usual suspects appear to do whatever they can to cause maximum disruption.
  13. Not a red card according to Michael Stewart 😂😂😂
  14. Delighted with the result although we need to keep possession better at times. And their penalty from Souttar’s handball after it had hit his head first. Just what is the ruling ?? Same happened to Newcastle away to PSG. And should Di Maria have been sent off? He got a yellow card first half and had a lunge at Souttar at the end.
  15. Be interesting to see what the SFA do about this. Actually naming the official is something else.
  16. Both hertz and Killie seem to be doing better against the yahoos than us. Both have ex-Rangers players as managers. Coincidental maybe
  17. You only need to go back to the last OF game at CP to see nick Walsh unwilling to send off Alistair Johnston for persistent fouling after he was already on a yellow.
  18. I watched Sportscene & it showed the incident with Casey on MaCausland at the end of the highlights. Did I hear correctly McFadden trying to claim Casey’s studs weren’t raised ??? is he having a laugh? Has he seen the photos ? It was the turning point in the game. Had the ref(&VAR) done his job correctly Motherwell were down to 10men. A different game altogether from then on. Referees will cost us the title this season. They’ve already cost us 2 OF games as well as today
  19. In the first OF game at ibrox Roofe’s goal was chopped off for an alleged foul by Dessers nobody saw. Yet we had the usual yahoo suspects telling us it WAS a clear foul Fast forward to today and we see a challenge on a Rangers player which saw him carried off very fortunate not to get a broken leg but this WASNT a foul if you listen to them Either referees don’t understand the rules or are corrupt. Can’t be both
  20. Making these refs full time and presumably paying them a lot more money won’t improve matters. I genuinely believe they should not be allowed to referee Rangers games
  21. Did VAR even look at the red card? MacAusland is very fortunate not to have got a broken leg. It was dangerous play . The photos prove this
  22. I’m sorry but I do think there are referees in our league whom I don’t like to see referee our games. I dread our games whenever Collum, Clancy or Robertson is in charge. And Walsh bottled in at the last OF game at CP when he wouldn’t send off Alistair Johnston for persistent fouling after he was already on a yellow. Today Alan Muir was guilty for not red carding Casey for injuring MacAusland first half. It was dangerous play and could have been a lot worse as the photos show. Ultimately it cost us the game as Casey scored the winner for Motherwell. This is now happening all too often for my liking. It needs called out by Rangers hierarchy
  23. Are you having a laugh ? perhaps the referee missed it but VAR should have spotted this & sent him to the monitor. Red Card all day long. I reckon thats at least 9 points refs have robbed us this season. The two OF games( roofe’s goal should have stood in the first game & bug eyes should have been sent off for persistent fouling in the second game) then todays game where Casey should have been sent off for the assault on MaCausland above
  24. That’s only the second game we’ve lost under clement in the SPFL and both games the opposition should have had a player sent off & wasnt
  25. Call me cynical but I don’t see a great deal of difference in our game since Clement took over. We’re still getting FB’s hitting 30 to 40 yards crosses into the opponents penalty box which is packed with defenders. I say again, we need better quality in the wide areas up front
