  1. When does the PUMA contract finish ? End of next season ? Surely then we'll have a new kit manufacturer and where will these kits be sold ? Surely not in SD I'd have thought. What happens to RRL then? The new kit manufacturer will deal with the Rangers board won't they? These questions weren't asked today but will need answered soon along with who replaces 32RED as shirt sponsors. Red Bull ?
  2. There should be no rent paid at all. The megastore should belong to Rangers selling Rangers merchandise in which provides income to Rangers. We need to get back to that scenario ASAP even if it means relocating the megastore temporarily elsewhere until the £1 p.a. rent deal expires. We need to get back to selling Rangers strips which benefit Rangers ASAP also
  3. I saw that wee nyaff Jonathan Sutherland from the BBC hanging around outside after the AGM. Hope no one gave him the time of day
  4. They don't spend that much money though do they ? I always find hat interesting especially if they want to succeed in Europe. Perhaps there's something we don't know. That's why I think they'll be catchable within a couple of years providing we get our signings better than we did last summer
  5. West Ham maybe ? He lives in london. Would suit him
  6. I'd rather we looked in the English leagues than waste transfer money & wages on over-priced SPL dross like we've done too often in the past. That said we should be looking elsewhere too like Scandanavia for example
  7. Because i'm sure the Rangers board will know all about this & have alternative plans. If SD want a store with nothing in it that's their problem
  8. Bringing Brown back for that game at Wembley is now coming back to haunt Strachan
  9. Total non story from the Daily Rhebel IMO. Did someone get put out of europe tonight per chance ? I'm sure the Rangers board will have alternative plans once the puma deal & 32 red deals expire & they introduce a new strip everyone can buy. Perhaps won't be sold at SD or the megastore if SD are still in there so I'm sure they'll get premises elsewhere. And let's not forget too that the the board have already advised RRL of their intention to terminate their contract.
  10. Once the Puma deal runs out open a new megastore elsewhere & sell new kit from there? Along with other merchandise ?
  11. I think we're getting near our best XI now but I'd rather Forrester replaced Miller in the role he played on Saturday. I also think Garner needs to get on the end of some of the deliveries into the box we saw on Saturday.
  12. We didn't spend 4 years in limbo because of a not-yet-proven-illegal tax scheme We spent 4 years in limbo because of CraigWhyte
  13. I'd much rather see Forrester play in he role Miller played yesterday. Much more of a goal threat for starters
  14. You will never hear the yahoos mention WS. That tells its own story. WS had the measure of them on & off the park.
  15. Miller is an out and out central striker. Nothing else. But Garner is now occupying that role and Miller is being asked to play either side of him in wider areas. He's not suited to that role & should now be replaced in that position IMO. I thought he was really poor yesterday & should have been taken off long before he was
  16. We really need a poacher of some sort up front. I thought there were some decent deliveries into the box today but no one to get on the end of them. I think the jury's still out on Garner but Miller needs replaced. Maybe Forrester's goal today will get him back into the starting XI ahead of Miller because he's more of a goal threat for starters. But we do need to start scoring more goals, especially with hertz & aberdeen games coming up. That needs sorted in the january transfer window along with a defensive MF player. However I don't think we're as far away as some think. We do lack quality in 3 or 4 positions. Sort that & we'll be ready for next season
  17. The three stooges were to decide if the EBT's were used within the taxation laws or not. If not then they'd be liable to taxation. But they never did that. They came up with his 'common sense' nonsense
  18. The yahoos also have an big advantage in that their team has mostly been together for some time now. In the summer we brought in 10 or 11 players. Bringing in that number is something we cannot keep doing each transfer window as we'll need to get a settled side at some point. Once we get a settled side( and I dont think we're there yet) we'll see an improvement
  19. The yahoo influence within Scotland's legal fraternity is there for all to see..... Perhaps we shouldn't have been surprised at a 'common sense' verdict
  20. Good stuff from andy. Always wondered if he really is a hibee? If he said he was one of us he knows the reaction he'd get from the you-know-whos
  21. For MW's sake I hope McCoist is wrong. I don't think hertz or aberdeen are good sides. Second should be achievable but a EL place is a must. However at least we're at the top end of the table. If McCoist were still in charge we'd probably still be stuck in the Championship
  22. Truly amazed anyone finds the OP offensive
  23. Genuinely saddened to hear about the death of Prodan. He was the player who 'might have been ' for us. When he signed for us in 1998 he was one of the top CB's in Europe and the world too probably. When O'Neil took over at the east end he put out a more physical presence up front signing Mutton & Hartson. We struggled with that at times but Prodan would have thrived on that IMO. A tough CB who was as hard as nails I genuinely believe O'Neil may well not have lasted had a fully fit Prodan played for us. But sadly we'll never know
