[Official] Rangers appoint Fraser Thornton as Chairman
RANGERRAB replied to Bluedell's topic in Rangers Chat
Patrick Stewart has been involved in the game long enough at Man Utd. How he handles the SFA and SPFL will go a long way to determining how successful he is at Rangers. My one bit of advice to him is to make sure he is in regular contact with with Collum -
I agree it’s been happening for years but maybe this is the big chance for the new chairman & CEO to make their presence felt. Referees are terrified to give decisions against them for fear of their personal safety. And some(Walsh, Robertson & Clancy) are blatantly biased against Rangers. If playing against them was a boxing match we’d need a KO to get a draw

Dealing with the nest of vipers at the SFA and SPFL won’t be easy -
The excellent performance on Thursday night will count for little today because there are clear weaknesses in this Rangers side which they’ve exploited too often in this fixture. Unless we can cope with this then I fear the same inevitable outcome today. Also we are again low in numbers for the CB position. 2022 all over again. Do we ever learn?

Good result but wee bit disappointed with a draw because we could have won it. The big worry is the Souttar injury. That’s the last thing we need before Sunday. With Kasawirjo out too looks like we’ll need at least one CB when the transfer window opens next month -
Who was the poster who always warned SDM was a bad custodian for Rangers ? Turned out he was right in the end….

Thought the wage bill was £61m? or is the £41m/£35m just playing staff?

West Ham in deep dodo now. Losing 2-0 to Leicester with minutes left. The end for lopetegui ?

I thought Hagi did well today. Always looking to get on the ball & create something. St Johnstone were ultra-defensive today & created nothing of note. -

A much welcome 3 points today but the performance again a worry. Our build up play was too slow tempo with too many mistakes and the usual lack of creativity middle to front. We need to be scoring a lot more goals. Until that problem gets addressed we’re going nowhere -

Not good news. We’re getting low in CB numbers again -
All strikers miss easy chances and he is no exception. My bigger concern is his poor link up play and he is too static most of he time
