If he’d been banned recently by his own FA why was he refereeing European matches so soon after ? Were UEFA aware of the ban?

Might have been a different story if the referee had done his job in the first half and awarded a penalty & sent off the defender.

Not sure about Fernandez. Don’t think he’ll be with us next season. Nsiala has come on leaps & bounds. Proper will probably go back to Holland in the summer

The squad will be short in both numbers & quality for next season as things stand without major investment Hagi, Cerny & Raskin leaving will all need quality replacements if they’re not here next season

All things considered I suppose a draw was the best we could have hoped for today after another first half red card. It was horrendous to watch at times as we struggled to keep possession and constantly gave the ball away.McCausland was totally unsuitable at RWB & deserved his red card. Whoever the manager is next season has his work cut out. We need two CB’s for starters and better quality in the wide areas up front, especially if we can’t keep Cerny.

Even before the red card McCausland was struggling badly yet BF did nothing

Daft question…. When u see people holding up ST cards outside the stadium on match days presume that they’re selling their seat for that particular game.They don’t give u the ST card do they ? How does this work?

Unless we have a very bad run of results between now & the end of the season I’d expect BF to be given the job on a permanent basis next season.
