I really don't think that would have been wise. Green has obviously been fighting very hard. Give him some credit. If we can appeal and take it further then I am happy because I don't think we will get a fair hearing from the SPL or SFA. If we had forced the failure of the TV deal we would have been even more hated than we are. There is more than one way to skin a cat.

I never really expected them to give up on their EBT investigation. As long as we have right of appeal we can fight it. Surely we can go higher than the SFA?

Remember also the years when they fiddled their attendance at Parkhead. If that is not cheating and tax avoidance, not evasion, what is?
