I thought that was inevitable given the "common sense" nature of the non tax specialists ruling!

That feels good. It is indeed time for straight talking. The SPFL should put a stop to this now. I wonder why they aren't

Even Speirs said it was a foul!

Good luck with your op today, BH. I hope you make a speedy recovery.

What a banner! Can't wait to see it fully unfurled tomorrow.

The Renaissance Men – Rangers v Raith Rovers FT Rangers 5 Raith Rovers 0.
Blue Moon replied to JohnMc's topic in Rangers Chat
Why were there German fans there? Any particular reason? On another note, I thought there were a number of candidates for man of the match, including Barry McKay. What a joy it is to watch that young man blossom on the park. -

What a pleasure to watch the game today. It is a long time since I enjoyed a Rangers performance as much as that. Brilliant. -

What a great read John Mc. Very cleverly done and beautifully written. -
Me too. Super excited!! My brother in law has managed to get his first season ticket in the seat next next to us at the age of 70. He is even more excited. The Louden here we come

I am delighted to see Kenny play so well. I am not surprised to be honest. You could see he was annoyed and frustrated at others around about him in the early stages of last season, but I think as the season progressed he was dragged down by the general mediocrity of his colleagues. Conversely, I still don't think Law is good enough.

Official: Wes Foderingham Signs Three Year Deal
Blue Moon replied to jhunter's topic in Rangers Chat
Happy with this signing. Now for a playmaker and a couple of strikers. -
The truth and reality is that we are in the Championship for another year. I never at any time thought King was going to splash 50 million in one season and would be horrified if he did. Those days are over. My understanding was that he said it would take us £50 million to get back to where we were. I am assuming that sum covers many things, such as the stadium repairs, players, management, scouting, administration etc etc. It is also sensible to take stock of season ticket sales and crowd numbers before making any major investments. As he said, we have at least 3 transfer windows before we are back in the Premier League. Income is also affected badly by the retail deal which sticks in everyone's craw. I am glad to see the manager buying youngsters cheaply. I think he has the right idea and hopefully some of them will move on and give us a healthy profit. Whether they will be good enough we will just have to wait and see. For now, I am giving the new board and management team my full backing.

Former Man City defender Wabara arrives at Murray Park hoping to sign
Blue Moon replied to Anchorman's topic in Rangers Chat
I would agree the lad's crossing needs to improve but was very impressed with other aspects of his game, admittedly a 10 minute video. I think with a bit of work he could be a good acquisition for us. -
I must be easy pleased then.

All of my friends who go are renewing.

Retro For Rangers: Wear an old Rangers top to Ibrox on 8th August
Blue Moon replied to BEARGER's topic in Rangers Chat
I will be away from 25th July to 8th August and would appreciate as many pics as possible showing the old tops at the match, since I won't have access to TV or even to internet for most of the time. Gutted I will be missing the opening games of the season. -
Indeed. There is a huge job to be done at our club. Change hasn't come a day too soon. I think we will see a much more professional approach now and remain optimistic that things will come good.
-
I wouldn't be too hard on these young players because I think the situation they were in would do nothing to help their development. I admit to being very disappointed at their lack of progress but remain open minded and will wait and see if a better management team can produce results with at least with some of them.

Blue Moon replied to BEARGER's topic in Rangers Chat
I wonder how many people can still get into their old tops -
Let's hope it is the latter. Also I did mine online first and so will many others.

Renewed. Not without some difficulty caused by admin errors. It took the best part of the morning to sort out other half's. Took over 3 hours to get through to the ticket office but it is all sorted now.
