We had to leave the game very early due to our daughter taking ill and listened to BBC Scotland in the car on the way home. It was so disappointing to hear Billy Dodds being so critical of Rangers. It seems to get a job at the BBC you need to toe the party line.

I love them all. A big well done to Hummel.

You could drive a coach and horses through the SPFL response.

I guess it is all about opinions.

I don't rate Wes very highly. I can't recall many saves that made me say "wow". He terrifies me with the ball at his feet and I don't think he commands his area well enough. From what I remember of McGregor he was a much better all round keeper and I agree that if he hasn't lost much will be worth about 10 points a season to us.

Jamie Murphy joins permanently on three year deal

Delighted about this. He has a lot to offer us. -
Rangers charged by SFA over 2011/12 UEFA licence issue

I need to stay away from this for the sake of my sanity. I am so changed by everything that has happened. If only they realised the damage they have done and the animosity they constantly stoke up. -

Will they just leave us be? Talk about persecution. I would like to know how this came about. -
The 3 of us have renewed too.

match thread (image) [FT] Aberdeen 1 - 1 Rangers (McCrorie 63)

What an embarrassment that first half was. Too many mediocre players on the park. Murphy would be as well not playing with the service he gets from Halliday. I can't wait for this season to be over. -
Apart from the goal and the performances of Goss and McCrorie the rest was depressing stuff. We need to take something from Tuesday's game and hope Hearts do us a favour. I have the fear for Easter Road.

Don't hide your light under a bushel.

He looks fake.

In reply to 917, I thought yesterday's PC set the right tone. There was none of the previous King hubris, no going for 55 and setting unachievable targets, other than winning games. That will do me for starters. For the moment I am happy to be heading off to the match knowing we have an exciting season ahead. I do think the fans need to settle and give SG time. I include myself in that.

Was against it earlier in the week due to his lack of experience but by today would've been gutted if it hadn't come off. What a lift it will give the club. looking forward to a very interesting summer.

I have just said exactly that, RBR, in my email to Club 1872.
-
That is a dreadful statement. The fans are furious and Club 1872 are selling season tickets and touting for a place on the board. How daft do they think we are? I will be cancelling my membership of this husk of a fans group pronto. How about asking about the managerial position and quit asking the fans to stump again for what is frankly a completely unknown scenario. Totally, utterly disillusioned.

Thank goodness it is done! I didn't realise how much I depend on Gersnet for my Rangers news. Thanks to all the people who make this site possible.

Take the captaincy off him and just let him play.

Transfer Window Preview: Part 1 - Who Could Leave?
Blue Moon replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
I wouldn't be selling Tav or Windass on the cheap when you see how much players go for down South. -
The fans have had a sense of urgency over this appointment that has been lacking in the board. I know nothing about the politics of the board, but I do know I have run out of faith in them. Three managers in a year is incompetence at any level. Strong, decisive leadership is required before the terraces start to empty.

Condolences to YB's family. It is always sad to lose a member of the forum.

Ruth Gilfillan was booted down three ranks over Rangers 'banter' claim
Blue Moon replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
I think the rise of the Tories is more to do with being anti independence and the Tories being seen as the party which will defend the union. The Labour Party is gaining in support but it's perceived ambivalence towards retaining the union is holding it back. -

Roman Catholics have left the labour Party in their droves to join the SNP and I don't see them fishing for evidence of corruption by GCC.
