  1. I voted Alfie not only for his goals but for his all round improvement for about 75 minutes 😁 Great to see him back as a number 9.
  2. Perhaps I should have said he's not very good at the defensive side.
  3. Kamara isn't a defensive mid. What about Aribo?
  4. You hit the nail on the head in this post. I've been saying all of that for most of the season.
  5. I won't be back. I didn't know that standing for the full game had become a thing and at 5 foot tall I hardly saw a thing.
  6. As per the title of the thread please take Kamara.
  7. We would know that if the same underperformers didn't keep getting a start.
  8. Another who gets his game week in week out. We need to start playing in form players.
  9. I find it astonishing that Kamara's dreadful performance has barely been mentioned. Constantly out of position and careless in his distribution.
  10. Best wishes to him. Would be good to know why he is leaving.
  11. I was thinking the same. Couldn't be bothered reading back to see what I'd missed ?
  12. I love Ryan Kent and on his game he is really special and a match winner and there is a but. He lacks consistency, can fall out of games and for all his possession the end product can be poor. I am not sure he would be a success in the PL. Having said all of that I don't want to lose him.
  13. Gutted with the timing of this but tbh not surprised. Gerrard has not looked happy for most of this season. The team has struggled and at times it looked like they couldn't improve things. Maybe based on this season's budget he had gone as far as he could with this group of players. As far as the team goes I have major concerns we will see them implode if we don't act quickly and decisively. No interim nonsense. Perhaps in time I will get over the disappointment and wish him well but not today. Sorry, that's how I feel.
  14. What a hypocrite.
  15. I voted Sakala but on another day it would have been Tav (after an awful start). Quite a few others also performed very well.
  16. Apart from the horror goal against us we finally saw something to get excited about today. The celebrations in our house were reminiscent of last season. Pure joy.
  17. I went for Hagi. He at least showed a considerable amount of effort which is more than can be said for most.
  18. I haven't read the rest of this thread just yet as I am depressed enough. All I have to say is, if the manager keeps playing the same people who are not doing the business we will be stuck with this mediocrity. I have tried to remain positive but last night was a turning point for me.
  19. This is a hard one to take. Love the man. An ambassador for our club and an outstanding man and manager. We will never see his like again.
  20. I didn't realise until today they receive funding from the Scottish Government. Scotland is such a cesspit of corruption and nepotism and won't be anything else until this government is ousted. I can't understand why the question of the dominance of less than 20% of the population is tolerated in Government and organisations throughout Scottish society. If it were the other way about we would never hear the end of it. Until this is addressed nothing will change.
  21. Brilliant article. Thank you for that. I've said it before, time for Rangers to back the fans, not when they do something stupid but when the entire support are under attack. I used to admire Devine for his impartiality and was shocked and sickened to watch that interview.
  22. Buzzing after that today. Looking on the positive side we found our mojo second half and the players and fans reconnected. Hope we turn a corner after that. The atmosphere at the end was awesome.
  23. It was an embarrassment tbh, a damp squib.
