I will be honest and as much as it pains me to say it I would drop McGregor. I think his failure to come for high balls, dominate the box and come off his line swiftly is causing unnecessary problems in the back four. He is slow to play the ball out too. I have no doubt we will miss his amazing saves but there are so many things he is not doing.

In terms of the bigger picture, we obviously need a rebuild. Some of Aribo, Kamara, Kent or Barisic will fund our future rebuild (I exclude Morelos because I don't think he will go). On that showing today and for the most of the season so far we won't get a fraction of what they are worth. That is a major concern. I think the manager and his staff showed tonight how little they know about Scottish football. Their tactics aren't working. I have my doubts and I hope I am wrong but I don't think it is going to work out. Personnel and tactical changes are desperately required in the team.

There is an option to buy at the end of it.

When I first heard I thought "this is mad". Now I've had time to take it in, barring injuries, he is exactly what we need. This could be a sensational signing for us and the link player we've been missing.

I am the eternal optimist and think we have more than enough to beat them.

The manager needs to sort out the midfield. Until he does we won't improve. His tactics are also far too negative and are inviting teams onto us. The best thing we can do is attack at pace. We are lousy at defending and before somebody points out stats to me the weaknesses are there for all to see. Stop playing into the opposition's hands when we have all these creative, talented forwards.

We badly need a box to box centre mid.

I am gutted for Ianis. Poor lad. Hope makes a full and speedy recovery.

Sands looked mystified by what was going on around him. Thought he was one of our better players in the first half but the subs nullified his input. Poor by Gio tonight. Some of our players need to take a good look at themselves tonight.

Hagi needs to do better with the ball. He has had a couple of opportunities to play a killer pass and scuffed them. Definitely Wright needs to press the ball further up the park.

I hate Clancy. To be honest Brown is refereeing the game.

I am delighted with this signing. He has a lot to offer us and is Scottish. Can't wait to see him play for us.

I would agree with you there but all the players have their weaknesses.

I will watch out for that from now on. Funny how we pick up on some things but not others.

I think his defending has been much better under Gio. Players in front of him under SG were not doing their job and Barasic was often left entirely on his own on the left side of the park as they moved inside. I couldn't understand why this wasn't identified and fixed.

I hope Barasic stays. He is back in really good form and is looking relaxed and confident. He is a really important player for us just now. He is worth way more that £10m and there are others I would be happier to go than him.
