    Goodwillie Surely this is how a team decides what players to sign. 1. Evaluate your squad, decide what positions need strengthening. 2. Identify a player who fits the criteria, whether that be someone to add to the squad depth or to go straight into the first team. 3. Approach the player to see if they are interested. Our transfer policy? McCoist goes online, see's who is on a free/on the transfer list, prints off a list, puts it on Wallace's desk shouting and pointing 'A WAANT THAT WAN' at various names on the list.
