  1. For anyone who believes that L&L gave a single jot for the feelings of us, the fans, just take one look at this photo. Bear in mind the backdrop to this show of total contempt, arrogance and crude antagonism - an AGM with hundreds of furious shareholders venting sheer frustration at the rape and plunder of our Club by these puppets and their master. Have a good look at their faces. Still think they cared???? Unbelievable. http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/sandy-easdale-resigns-rangers-board-5314666
  2. Your warped sense of fit and proper staggers me. Llambias 'the monkey' would have raped this Club to the tune of his 'organ grinder' Ashley until there was nothing left of the shell that currently exists, and you support him. Our Club was dying on its feet. Ashley pulled a master stroke to appease ' the thick rebellious Jocks'. Lots fell for it. He sent up 5 from the Newcastle in January, and it's now March and only one has played a full game. Three haven't been seen. What word from the high commander in the South? No not one and there never shall be one. Thank God for Rangers fans who have enough street wise to sense danger.
  3. Murray is one of them. So stop being a sheep on the 'hate Murray' wagon (you're on the wrong site for that kind of nonsense) and grow a set of your own.
  4. We definitely need a NuMan in charge of the team - oh my goodness Freudian slip there. What about Ronald De Boer in there with him???? I know he has a good life at Ajax as assistant to his brother, but he always seems to answer the call for benefit matches etc, and still loves being around the place. Something in me would love to see Laudrup back again in some capacity.
  5. Well its just unsubstantiated wishful thinking then.
  6. Where was that? From King? From Murray? From Gilligan?
  7. Your first sentence let you down. Tell me Rab - in your words please, how you would persuade Mr McCall to accept a contract for 2 months? Don't forget this isn't asking someone in the boozers to take the amateurs on a Saturday for a few weeks. A contract of employment has to be signed. What will that contract say? "Do well for 2 months and we might consider giving you some kind of job". "Do badly with this shower of duds within 2 months and you are out - also considered a dud". "Remember Stu - both of these should be appealing to you. You are a Rangers Man after all." It is not rocket science. It is human nature. Nobody wants to be treated like a patsy.
  8. 100 million a year diddums
  9. There's no chance. They are being diplomatic. He is still an extremely highly paid employee. They have to talk to him.
  10. Feeling very proud to be a Rangers Man today. Not normally too much of a Scottish patriot but on days like this I get very proud of our fighting genes and the fact that that lot will be driven out with the realisation that it's not Newcastle they are dealing with this time. Why do you think the Romans chose to build a wall rather than try to tame us? We've also been proven over history to be pretty good at digging in until the death and defending our walls :flute:
  11. Even more of a surprise seeing Kevin Bridges in attendance (over the Security man's right shoulder) voting for Foster.
  12. Laudrup just sent me a text there - "Don't you just hate name droppers?"
  13. So basically today could go out quietly if its possible we may not hear anything official until Monday? :hm:
  14. And life to your lanyard
  15. I thought it was a cracking interview. I liked his little put downs for the Arabs and Sheep ("catch them VERY quickly. We don't want to be stuck where they are"). I hope we can live up to it. Also interesting the names he mentioned putting money in - Brian Kennedy's name coming up again.
  16. Where was the 5th? 8th was in Westwood. In saying that I was nearly married in 1983. I remember being on a camp in the hills near Arbroath. The captain knew my old man ran a Rangers bus. He took out a mouth organ and started playing the Sash at the camp fire! Memories.
  17. 8th East Kilbride
  18. Well it's where I took my name from at the start of Admin etc so its a thumbs up from me as a song, but not as an anthem. I liked it because I knew 'our anchor would hold through the storms of strife' and hopefully tomorrow will see brighter skies.
  19. Dave King's interview with the Union flags fluttering behind his head looked very apt :uk:
