The fact SD took this action and it was stated in court this confidentiality clause was signed in Jan by SD nominated directors surely means there can be a challenge mounted as there is a complete conflict of interest here. -

they can't offer ten until they get the board to fuck. they have been played on every offer of funds by the board on the simple fact , the 3bears negotiate and put in a written offer on what the board need and the board go back to ashley and ask how we can better the offer. hence why different terms today but maybe just enough to muddy the waters

just watched greens interview. my god that was the biggest load of pish he's ever spouted and he spouted some pish in his time at rangers. really it only confirms whats going/gone on has been the agenda from the start and they will do everything they can to hold onto the club.

all thats going to happen is the board will put so much negative spin on kenny in the hope he quits and they don't need to pay him anything. i wouldn't be surprised if their company emails/phones are all monitored meaning they will all end up being taken to a tribunal for breach of contract. but as has been said this board can't pay for a Christmas party only legal action against rangers fans.

not a word on taking legal action against the bbc after they exposed leaked documents even though it is now going to cost the club £250000?

A board statement said they would be transparent on all the funding offers. Still waiting for that transparency!

looks like if the board accept the deal from ashley for the rights to the badge then legal action could follow on a few fronts. we should already be looking at taking green for all he's got left after handing out contracts to the detriment of the club.

Now that a bailout offer of investment has been made, if it is blocked by certain shareholders that means either admin or taking Ashley's loan for the crown jewels "the badge". Which in my mind would leave the board open to legal action from other shareholders. Either way board must accept king or have another way to fund the business. Can't put the company into admin if someone is willing to invest! Surely the board have to act in the interests of the business and not just the shareholders.
