I think having an ex Celtic manager in the hot seat would take a lot of getting used to and is not a road I would like to see our club go down, although I admit that Strachen could do the job no problem. Tainted by association -

It's really hard to put all the Celtic stuff aside to be honest but, aye if Strachan had never been tainted by the darkside he would probably be capable of leading us back to the top, and getting the team playing good football... Although he can be a bit of a prick in-front of the cameras. His record as manager in England is not too impressive. -
Lets not forget the parting kick in the hawmaws we got from both Naismith/Whittaker in their statements ... Indeed, whatever happened to the saying "Once a Ranger, always a Ranger"

To the contrary, it looks to me like Butcher has something personal against our club. -
Is Ally the Man for the job? - The McCoist Thread
TheWeeBlueDevil replied to 54andcounting's topic in Rangers Chat
Black really should have his best years still ahead of him at only 27, why he is not producing, and like so many others in the team, is the question Ally McCoist needs to find the answer too... If he cant do that then as much as it hurts me to say, he needs to step aside and let somebody else try and find the solution . -

In Butcher I would have an problem appointing somebody who is on record, only this week as calling us a 'new club' -

Black should be reaching the peak of his career just now, not at the twilight of it .... What age is he 27- 28 ? -

In 1955 Jimmy Miller arrived at Ibrox as a center half but due to an first half injury to Max Murray during a tour game in Denmark, he was moved up front for the second period, and scored four times. As a center forward he would go on to score 160 goals for the club .

Davie Cooper scored probably the best free kick I've ever seen in that match.

I don't mean that as anything against the VB , I think the work they do should be commended.

To be honest I wish all the infighting and bickering among our support would stop ...Little chance of that ever happening when people use the web to attack another group or website because they disagree with their views, chants ect . Its just going to go on tit for tat and division among our support will get wider..
