That's a cracker from Gilmour, there was me thinking it was the SPL clubs who made the decision to kick Rangers out of the SPL. Something that I teach to my weans is that they must always man up and take responsibility for their own actions.

The SPL is a race horse with a broken leg that needs to be put out it's misery. Rangers should refuse to ever again play in the SPL and demand that it be disbanded, and the clubs merged back into the football league. We should also demand Regan to be removed from his position at the SFA and demand a full investigation into his relationship with peter Liewell.

Yes, and that company is insolvent with debts of 55m and no longer holds any assets of Rangers football club. He would need to pay of all debts then buy the club assets back from Sevco, or start a new club using our old plc as the holding company name.

I'm absolutely sick to death of people playing poker with our club, how about we just accept Div 3 and get on with our recovery. There would be no point us going into any other division with the squad we have right now, we need time to rebuild . A few years out of the top flight can help our recovery and will give us the opportunity to do it the correct way.

I hate the split but the TV company's will be looking for the 4 old firm games a season when we get back to the top. 14 teams playing 4 times a season would be to many games, a split is probably the only way around it.

1 ruling body , 3 leagues of 14 teams with splits and play offs .

I think today we reclaimed a little bit of pride. Lets get back to enjoying our football and think positive, in 5 years time it is possible we could be sitting proud champions of Scotland's top Division again , whatever guise that comes in, with a few bonus SFL titles under our belt. Seems a long shot from where we are now, but it's a very real situation that may occur. We are The Rangers .

Alexander deserves a run in the team IMO, he's sat on the bench for years , never complained and stood by us when we moved to the newco . Also the fact that he's not a bad goalkeeper. That loyalty should be rewarded with him being made no 1 for the coming season.

How does pointing out that some of the Celtic support wont be happy until protestants / Rangers are no more, say more about Ian than it does about them .. He is 100% correct, the Celtic support sing about it .

Also the term 'hun' although they deny it, is a derogatory term for a protestant in N.I . To say that Ian's comment says more about him than them is a bit unfair

Wish they would fuck off with the 'new Rangers club nonsense' we have 140 years history and 54 titles , we are not a new club . Why do so many people have a problem understanding something as simple as that ...
