The other side aspire to represent Rangers and are acting no better.

I was suspicious when he first arrived on the scene with a tiny shareholding in case he was only here to stir the shit(sounds familiar). Now he has increased his shareholding to over a million, he can only be good for us considering he is looking to invest more. Wise words from a wise man.

Green removed Murray from the board when Green himself was'nt even on the board so that tells you who had the the power to appoint who to what board, regardless of what other investors said.
-
The official website do not allow the rebels to post their bull. The rebels use the cellic record

McColl made a double public apology to Mather several weeks ago
-
So he was employed by Rangers for 5months, then at the IPO the institutions said we have a great suggestion.
-
Regardless of who said what, the facts are Murray joined the board of Sevco Scotland, a private company. There is no way institutions in London recommended anything to a private company. Legally if you sign something you agree with it, he signed Green's and Stockbridges deals. Murray negotiated with Green over his payoff and gave him close on 2 years salary. Murray was there with Green, they had several public fallouts. Murray was removed from the Pinsent Masons investigation for leaking sensitive information, a sackable offence, maybe him and Leggo had a few too many one night.
-
Mr Murray was appointed by Charles Green on June 14 2012 to Sevco Scotland (now Rangers Football Club Ltd). There were no institutions in the Club then. The Club IPO was on December 19 2012 so it is grossly inaccurate to say Mr Murray was put there by said institutions to oversee corporate governance. They also state Mr Murray negotiated Mr Green’s compromise agreement and signed it off. This suggests to me Murray was solely responsible for Greeens massive payoff.

Murray lying, who'd have thunk it. Pretty sure the board will have hard evidence.

Both sides have been guilty of using underhand tactics, and it's not the first time the rebels have been found wanting on procedural issues. Everyone knew the AGM was imminent so should have been on the ball. If the accounts were are bad as the rebels told us the share price would have collapsed. Indeed if the rebels were to be believed the accounts would not have been signed off.

After hearing the opinions of several financial experts over the course of the day I am comfortable with the results. The share price has remained constant which suggests the markets are comfortable with the results as well. It is time for both sides to stop the mudslinging, the shareholders will decide the makeup of the board on the 24th.

Leggo fabricated the story it is up to him to prove it's true. It is not the boards or indeed the SFO's job to disprove cranks. Leggo bottled it as he had no evidence or why would he pull the blog.

The IPO stated we would need further investment at some point, that point will be determined by how fast the rebels devalue the brand. I don't know much about the youth setup but Mather must have did alright as he got promoted to CEO and got Walter's seal of approval.

The AGM is a maximum 4 weeks away and you are saying we might not make it till then, therefore you reckon we have spent close on 70 Million regardless of what OUR accounts say. -

I am waiting for the accounts to come out to see what we have ACTUALLY spent. 40 Million is a lot less than the previous board spent. I know we don't have as high a wage bill, but we had football debts and one off and start up costs. -

Lies that come from our own bloggers carry more weight with neutral observers than lies that come from our haters. We must get our own house in order before we chase others. As was proved with Leggo, blatant lies will be silenced.
