Greens announcing about fan shares tomorrow but they maybe dont go on sale until next year. Is everyone not screaming out to hear his plans? Damned if you do, damned if you dont.

Staying with the Braveheart theme, we need to unite the 'clans' and get behind the current owners, there is not even another offer on the table. IF that changes then is the time to rise up and be heard. Anyway enough of this Jacobean pish, NO SURRENDER to the SFA, SPL, SFL and bampots trying to undermine our recovery.

To quote another Braveheart line, the fans could'nt agree on the colour of shite.

Spot on, the players got more out of this than the club did. Loyalty aye right. -

We should have lost the amount that was required, by giving them get out clauses we created our current situation. -

None of the day to day staff would have been lost if we released the top 4 earners. -

Everyone has been praising the players for taking a wage cut but i have never seen it this way, if it had been unconditional yes. These players will make 10 times what they lost in wages with signing on fees. This has been my biggest criticism of D@P, they have wiped millions off our squad value. When we went into administration the high earners, Mcgregger, Whitts, Davis etc should have been moved on to make the necessary savings instead. Why did we need a 10M goalkeeper when the league was gone, Alexander would have sufficed. Im pretty sure if they had asked the 3 or 4 highest earners to walk then, they would have because they would have been free to get their big signing on fee. We must be the only club that has went into admin and not shed any staff. -
We always knew D&P had to report to the court, so i dont see a problem with this.
-
Scottish football has been trying this for months. Careful what you wish for. The English leagues said a while back they could not discuss this while we were a member of a foreign fa. The door could be about to open. Beat me to it andrew.

As it stands we're out of the SPL, i cant see them giving oldco or newco a say whether we get back in or not.
-
What crimes have the newco committed, none but we have a 3 year ban from europe as well as more sanctions to come from sfa for oldco. Time to say no more or WE walk.
-
We should issue an ultimatum, SPL no MORE sanctions, or we go to div3.
-
Now were a newco we dont have a vote.

and a crack at the financial expert. Seen you a few times now, great stuff, keep it up.

Sponsors side with Smith as newco loses support

Miller was prepared to work long term for a cva, hence the incubator co. He was driven away with thousands of threatening emails, banners at Ibrox and hacks hounding his staff. Green did'nt run a mile when he saw their 'lies'. -

Miller was'nt forced aside so i dont see how people keep claiming it was only ever going to be Green. Walter & co did'nt fancy going for a cva, or be seen to liquidate us but could still have made their bid on tuesday. Were they they that scared of the cva route they waited till the cva was officially dead. -
Kelly's got a short memory, he was part of the board when they were ripping off the taxman with fake attendances. Sporting integrity right enough.

Same club, same songs. We should also bring back TBB but with acceptable lyrics.

Even during the big spending days all Scottish teams have consistently failed to qualify for group stages. We need to live within our means and not budget for European football. -

To earn 4M from the Europa you would need to go to the latter stages. We wont learn very much from Green today, it could harm the cva. Once the cva is determined is the time to reveal all. -
I expect Green to complete. The sanctions are the biggest threat to this not happening.
-
Agreed we need to be vigilant, as to the good deal it could be tempered with sanctions which is where we should be focusing our efforts.

Murray bought us with 6M bank loan, Mini would have had 10M ticketus debt. We owe Sevco 8.2M but no btc, stc, 18M Loyds, 24M ticketus or even £1 debt to the shyster, good deal IMHO.
-
I dont consider being 8.2M indebt to ourselves as being "in debt" therefore i would consider us "debt free"
