  1. Is it just a coincidence that all our flair players have been pretty much invisible this year or is it more to do with our manager? Temps - injured a lot but took him all season to pretty much guarantee a start before his last injury there. McKay - sent out on loan. Shiels - gets the nod, does well, scores a HT and is dropped the next week (I think), clearly he isn't a favourite of Ally. Apart from those 3 guys we literally have zero creativity. OK we are winning but lets be honest our opponents are plumbers/sparks/asda boys ......... we are god damn awful to watch. Edit: just thought it would be nice if one thread on the first page was actually about football.
  2. The alarming thing about that is 5 of that 9 were Ally signings and already they are not good enough. To note a few: - Cribari done a job last season but for the wages he is on he should still be playing and cruising this league, we shouldn't have needed Mohsni if he was half decent. - Simonsen I'll assume isn;t on a lot of money but for the one game? we've needed him (ok it's a goalie gamble) we could have easily got by with Gallacher (but hey what a save from Bish, top top drawer, I'll remember him for that alone) - Hutton - awful. Lazy. Slows the game down. Can't dictate. - Peralta - just cut our losses and move on. - Shiels is a player, and probably except Temps is the only guy in our squad with any creativity whatsoever but sadly he doesn't fit into Ally's style of play. The type of player who would flourish under a new manager IMO. - Smith we all said at the time why, and I think we were all right.
  3. Block the smilies? You joking, we need more.
  4. I'd only take McGregor back on my opinion that he seemed at least a little upset at the departure and still has feelings for the club. Naismith on the other hand ................. RAM IT YA WEE FUD!
  5. No if's but's or maybe's. I want King back at Rangers. In charge.
  6. Still waiting on the Club to defend this "safety" nonsense ......................
  7. A bet he had an absolute belter of a 6 months though ...................
  8. What's the boy's name again Ryan Prodan did you say?
  9. Can't agree with that whatsoever. I agree with a lot of the stuff the VB do however there is no need to pen an article basically shouting we are better. And to say the SoS "shame the club" is quite frankly a disgrace given the efforts they have put in this season.
  10. So why have they mortgaged off all of their assets to the Co-op then?
  11. Were we not spending the banks money back then? Whereas this time we would be spending King's (i.e.the clubs) money?
  12. I will leave the serious worrying with regards to the finer details of his masterplan and scouting networks and should Ally remain to the others who have already mentioned them ...................... But me, right now I'm excited at the thought of King being in power. One thing I got from that, sorry two things. He loves the Rangers. And he is without doubt MINTED. I'll just enjoy this little feeling of optimism right now if I may, it hasn't popped up in a while.
  13. He isn't on the Rangers board so who cares? The Krays have a tainted past ................ as relevant as Craig.
  14. A point I saw on twitter aswell: If I reply to the clubs official twitter feed with a slanderous comment aimed at Easdale ........................ will he sue the club?
  15. This is just a warning that our squad is still very very poor. Take out Temps, Black and Law who are injured and the rest would struggle in the 'old' 1st division that we will appear next season. I still think we would win the league but I think we would struggle doing so. Assuming we are still under the same management.
  16. Other sites have done the same as SOS, surely Easdale could have done the same to them? Two sides to a coin.
  17. But it's still ok because he is "a big boy" right? You know what stb, some of your posts are laughable especially when it came to sticking up for Chuck. But your first two efforts in this thread infact aren't laughable, they are a fucking disgrace. I don't think you are a Bear.
  18. I don't want Boyd purely on one basis. He's rotten as a lone striker. What's that? ...................... "play two up then" .................. try telling the manager.
  19. No Barry. Rangers fans deserve more than being a safety net.
  20. Hutton was awful last night. If anyone thought he had a good game then i could have done exactly what he done last night, found a bit of space, collected it and passed it 6 yards. Time after time last night I saw angles where Hutton could have gave a wee burst of 10 yards and received a pass which would have opened up a hole to attack (bearing in mind there were 6 central midfielders on the park). And he constantly made runs BEHIND the opposition player to which he then makes himself unavailable to receive the ball. A lazy lazy performance from him last night.
  21. And let's be honest not a lot in return for it ..............
  22. As expected. Free's up a decent chunk of wages to be wisely reinvested (hopefully). I expect Simmonsen (aka John Bishop) to follow.
  23. I couldn't disagree more. We should be strengthening the squad with no additional cash impact however. Release the dead wood and bring in fresh talent.
