    If we are on about more statues surely Tom Vallance would be first in line for one .................. Edit: I should state I have absolutely no objection to one for Sandy. And was merely a point of note to say that not many realise the part Tom Vallance has played in our history, I'd suggest the Founders Trail if folk want to know more.

    Mate he's from same place as me - Castlemilk. And he's now on £70k a week, he IS a superstar now like it or not. Take his allegiances away as that can sway judgement but as a footballer, the boy is tremendous. His brother is married to my mates sister, my mate tells of the time Liewell phoned him and told him to see out his contract at Hamilton and then he could move to Ra Sellik. He wanted money for Hamilton though.

    Only time I've been impressed with Peralta was against scumdee utd at Ibrox. But anyone missing the point here? He's a holding midfielder .................. so naturally gets played wide right. I'll judge him in his right position although I have a feeling he will be shunted (sorry that's the Rangers word for paid off these days) before he even gets a chance in his natural position. I'd also hazard a guess that we will see Jig play the holding role before Peralta if the new CH gets a run beside Mohsni. Actually dreadful to think that might be true.

    Goram only pulled out because he was TOLD by Brown that he would be No2 to Leighton. He couldn't accept that. After seeing the bandy legged one from Aberdeen THROW in the third against Brazil I'm sure he realised then he'd made a massive boo boo in that decision.

    He should have been last gasp saloon before his last contract. He is awful, a lazy lazy centre midfielder. And quite frankly a lazy signing from our management yet again. Pathetic decision all round.

    This pretty much sums up how bad a shape we are in. I'd actually rather Broadfoot at CH over Jig if truth be told but that shouldn't be a benchmark to sign him. But we need to stop with this re-signing players nonsense. Move forward.
