RST Statement - Division 3 Only Option with No More Sanctions

Is that the extent of your imagination? Don't go into creative writing, in that case. I do, regularly, and do you know what? I like what I see. -
RST Statement - Division 3 Only Option with No More Sanctions

I'd say my post implies more about FF users' view of non-FFers, rather than my view of FFers. Which isn't particularly ironic at all, is it? -

Good idea. On the whole, the statement conveys the right message. Wouldn't you agree, though, that the quality of the RST's written output has fallen significantly, in recent months especially? -

Thank you. Spoken like a true follower of the "great" leader. -

No irony from me, my friend. I don't abuse other Rangers fans, I just hold up a mirror to those fans who do so. I also speak freely about the impression Mr Dingwall gives, as this site allows free speech. Another poster labelled the RST "corrupt" and given MD's chequered history, I can understand why the poster feels that way. As for GS, he is avidly pro-FF and I doubt if he would bother denying it. Saying so isn't abusing him. -
RST Statement - Division 3 Only Option with No More Sanctions

The RST's most prominent figure, Mark Dingwall, certainly gives the impression of being financially improper, wouldn't you say? Besides, you should hear what senior RST types say about other Rangers fans, particularly those on FF's rival forums. "Bastards" and "''tards" are two of the descriptions most often used. Anyway, why am I telling you this? You should know better than anyone what they say about rangers fans on FF. -

Is the comma key broken on Dingwall's keyboard? Why is it RST statements are always so badly written? -
John Brown recently demanded a fee of £500 to appear at an RTIDNI function. Think about that for a moment. I think that reveals exactly what is motivating Brown right now.
-
I wish GS would stop this highly tiresome, "Anyone who isn't Paul Murray, oh yes and Brian Kennedy, err I mean Walter Smith & Jim McColl, oops I mean John Brown has no business owning the club". That type of stuff goes down a storm over you-know-where but I really am tired of seeing it forced down everyone's throat on here.
-
Just as long as the next owner is deemed acceptable by you and your boyfriends on FF, you mean? Otherwise, you'll stamp your little foot and scream until the next guy is similarly forced out.

RFFF Statement on today's meeting with Charles Green.
3909 04 replied to 26th of foot's topic in Rangers Chat
Don't see much wrong with that statement. It's an edited account of the meeting, released immediately after the meeting ended. Presumably full minutes will be released in the coming days, once agreed by all parties. It's a good deal more than the FF/RST guys used to reveal to their members after their repeated waste-of-breath meetings with Murray & Bain. -
Traynor's right in that all the would-be saviours couldn't manage to buy the club they profess to love, whereas Green did. End of discussion for me.

I know Andrew Lapping. His wife has a huge nose, although I believe she's had it cosmetically altered. Both of my ex-bosses shagged her before he did. He supports Carlisle Utd and he used to boast of "running with their firm", i.e. having pre-arranged fights with opposition supporters. Not particuarly relevant to this thread, I know, but hey ho.

Uncertainity prevails over position of Ally McCoist
3909 04 replied to Bears's topic in Rangers Chat
This is a very bold move from Green. Proven managerial talent with an ability to ensure players excel is needed above anything else at the new Rangers. Keeping the floundering, almost certainly out-of-his-depth playing legend as manager would be the easy route for Greet to adopt. If he's looked at the managerial team, assessed their strengths/weaknesses and decided he has to act, fair play to him. If this happens and McCoist leaves, Green will rise in my estimation. -
Rangers administration: questions as club move toward creditor meetings
3909 04 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
This is exactly where I am. Why would administrators risk their professional livelihood and liberty just to spite Paul Murray, Mark Dingwall, David Leggat and Gunslinger? I know they're all massively irritating and absurdly transparent but I wouldn't break the law just to thwart them. I think the truth is a little more prosaic than the fanciful theiries put forward by the delusionists above; TBK came up with too little money, plus their bid was dependent on Rangers reaching the Champions League group stages in 2014 and the QF in 2015. Laughable lunacy and almost certainly the reason TBK were not/are not considered credible bidders by anyone capable of a more in-depth analysis than, "I want Rangers men running Rangers". -
Rangers administration: questions as club move toward creditor meetings
3909 04 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
No, indeed we're not. Which begs the question: why is it TBK couldn't collectively raise the price of a round in Bar 72 to buy the club? -
The last question put to Paul Murray on Newsnight Scotland was when he was asked at any stage during his 4 years at the club, “Did it never occur to you that something funny was going on?". Murray answered, “I was a non-executive director of Rangers so that was the extent of my involvement ”. After then talking about Grant Thornton auditing the accounts for ten years and the Murray Group administering the EBT scheme, Murray further stated with reference to his position on the board, “It’s a matter of public record that the debt in the club came down from £35m to £14m”. This is incredible. These people (AJ, Bain, P Murray) actually believe the club’s finances had nothing to do with them but nevertheless they reduced the debt. Fascinating to watch a man squirming to avoid justice, while simultaneously talking up his CV.

Leggat - DALGLISH LINED UP TO JOIN GREEN GANG BID FOR RANGERS-Exclusive
3909 04 replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
What a pile of garbage. Dogleash will never come anywhere near Rangers. FFS Leggo, give it up. -
If ever one post highlighted the toxic effect of spending too much time on the Hollow Swallow site, this is surely it. Don't allow yourself to get too carried away at 1:00. You'll need to stay sober to join the convoy tonight.
-
Will you be joining the FF convoy tonight, John? Good luck with that.
-
Brian Kennedy is hated by Stockport County fans, who feel he used them to get a bigger ground for his rugby team before dumping them. Paul Murray did an amazing job at Rangers, though. He was able to reduce the club's debt while being kept completely in the dark about the finances. When details of the dual contracts and dodgy bonus scheme emerged, he blamed his boss. That's the type of leadership we need. Yep, the OP is right. It's TBK or no-one for us!! C'mon D&P, ignore your professional duties and hand those keys to Paul Murray.

Rumour - Straight £8.5m Sale of club No PB status
3909 04 replied to Stefanovitch's topic in Rangers Chat
Paul Murray being involved has stopped Craig Whyte from co-operating from the get-go and has put the process back by months. Time to practise what you preach, Paul. -
Whereas Paul Murray doesn't have a great business record and he's previously been involved with David Murray.....
-
He's picked an odd time to start gambling, assuming he's being truthful about his CVA advisers telling him they have to start work immediately. If you want to play poker, Brian, head to Gala Casino on Clydeside once you buy the club.

Has anyone else noticed how angry the RST/FF/TBK acolytes seem? Life must be difficult for those who have seen the true path but find themselves surrounded by non-believers but that's no reason to stomp around like some furious Southern evangelist. Maybe they should try yoga or a spliff? Then again, as Bill Hicks said, if they want to feel better in themselves, sit-ups might be a good start.
