Isn't it the age-old media tactic of building someone up and then when they are well liked, finding ways to tear them down. If they are going after MW, it would suggest to me there are no scary horror Rangers-are-dying stories they can print. Also, bear in mind Rangers are now in control of what comes out of Ibrox. Plenty of people in the UK work away from the families for extended periods of time. It's all very well saying just move his family up but each member of the family has their own lives, friends, jobs. Who says they want to make the move? Being part of a family does not mean being beholden to their job. I've no qualms about this. Given the start Warbs has had and the respect so many have for him it's normal he would be linked with other roles down south. However, I think he really 'gets' Rangers and has no desire to leave. Getting us back to the upper regions of the SPFL and potentially in to Europe will see doors open for him

Personally, I find that to be excellent. It's a clear statement.

This makes a lot of sense actually, because unless King posted shit through Ashley's letterbox, I can't see why he would go on this much of a warpath. I was never convinced it was about the £5mil, because with us owing that he controls more of Rangers Retail.

I do find it interesting that there are some who vote against. I always wonder if it's the same 1 or 2 voting against all or if it's several who just disagree with certain resolutions.
