Tom English wrote a fairly scathing piece in the Herald. It might have seemed sympathetic to Celtic but he was calling them out to admit to what punishment Stokes got as they said they would 'deal with it'. They most likely gave him a slap on the back and asked if he had a good time.

I think this is a good result. IMO it means the club as a whole are backing the fans, who have backed the club so spectacularly. Ok so it would be a huge payday no doubt. If we even only get a draw, offer DU minimal tickets for return leg and pack Ibrox to the rafters. It's not just about ticket sales, this is bigger. Well done the club and I don't care what the result is.

Suits him to say that and yes there is an element of truth to it BUT he folded out the game and he pissed HMRC off by not paying tax/ni whilst in charge and we already had the BTC against us. What did he expect?
