  1. Because race isn't a choice. You can choose what religion you wish, you cannot choose your race.
  2. You know you are losing the argument when you resort to that kind of pettiness. Someone disagreeing with you does make them stupid or incapable of understanding, they just disagree.
  3. Not the same thing at all. Chris retweeted a parody picture. Charles Green used a racial slur. Religion is a choice.
  4. And I'll happily support anyone who derides the Orange Order, Calvanism, Presbyterian etc if that will help? I don't tend to, but not do I think religious sensibilities deserve any more protection than anything else. You shouldn't assume that all Rangers fans are unionist protestants and it shouldn't make a difference. Religion is a choice, as is being offended by nonsense. Doesn't mean Chris should be picked apart. People talking about CG is not damning him. Many are speaking in support. .
  5. LOL, he's now trending on twitter
  6. Yes they did. They were done in the wake of Charlie Hebdo, to show that people will not be cowed by religious fanaticism. People like Tom English thought they were great. Now he's gunning for Chris Graham.
  7. You're right they are not comparable. Charlie Hebdo DREW the cartoon, Chris retweeted it. Charlie Hebdo has a wide audience, Chris tweet AT a hate preacher who was saying the right to be offended trumped the right not to be murdered for drawing a fucking cartoon. I don't know Chris, I see his twitter feed and some of his interviews. I don't agree with everything he says but I can be objective enough to know this is a witch hunt against someone who shows up the media cretins for what they are.
  8. This is insane. Charlie Hebdo was apparently attacked for drawing the Prophet. People died. Other people, including our governments & journalists march for Je Suis Charlie & freedom of speech. Chris retweeted a photo, depicting the Prophet. At worst it is crass. Some of those howling about Chris, want Clarkson back on Top Gear. The proven racist, misogynistic Clarkson, after he has allegedly physically assaulted someone. The hypocrisy at play here is quite incredible. That's it. This is a witch hunt.
  9. Considering your complete lack of support for the requisitioners, I would be surprised if they personally invited you in. I did support them, I wasn't invited. I'm not butthurt about it. I'm just glad THEY are there.
  10. In reality, it may do the board well to realise, them arriving is not enough to fill ibrox. What happens on the park DOES matter. Attendances fall when there is utter garbage on the pitch. Rangers fans have been so loyal, that commitment is not forthcoming from a lot of the current squad.
  11. I would assume because they are Non-Executive Directors?
  12. I'm not a member of the RST. I had quite a negative image of the RST for a long time - probably mostly due to Dingwall (whether fairly or unfairly). I have to say, the recent evolvement of the RST has really changed my opinion of them. I'm quite happy for Chris Graham to be on the board, whether in RST capacity or not. It's nice to have a board who actually care about Rangers and who we are, not just about asset stripping. Time will tell and I think everyone has a right to be nervous. The last few years have been torrid. These guys must be given a chance. We all - well most of us - invested, campaigned for this. Lets see what they can do and put petty personality disputes aside. I'd be more interested in more information on John Bennett and James Blair. I don't know much about either. CG is well publicised lol.
  13. I think this is fantastic. It's another way fans are showing just what they will do for the club. They should be commended all over but we know that won't happen.
  14. Interesting to see how divided people are on this. Didn't take much did it?
  15. Gutted to not be going, but we've too much family stuff ongoing at the moment. Tuesday will be a cracking atmosphere, regardless of the on pitch nightmare! Anyone know if it will be televised?
  16. I got a new work laptop and can see your pictures on it! Cracking to have this pic as the first one I can see
  17. Absolutely amazing! The best day we've had in what 3 years? Look forward to the rebuild and getting back to the top! :rfcbouncy::rfcbouncy::rfcbouncy::rfcbouncy:
  18. The best Friday in a while. In fact, the best week as a Rangers fan for a while! I've not been scared of press releases!
  19. Goes to show the 2 L's are shitebags.
  20. I'm at work...for an IT company. No doubt they don't trust the kinds of pictures you lot would post
  21. Frankie, I can't see anything. I find this happens a lot with ian1964 posts as well. Is there something I need to change settings wise?
  22. Fucking brilliant. Fantastic job from ALL involved. This also shows that fans do have the power to make changes. [FAN] Money really does talk.
  23. The implications are huge. It's been well proven that any singing deemed offensive, by our fans will cause widespread outrage. Aside from that, can we get away from singing songs that have no relevance to a football club in 2015? We have plenty of issues without adding more. Retaliation songs do not work. Other fans recently received their latest fine in Europe and yet I don't see an avalanche of articles suggesting they have an inherent problem. Just stop it, show their disgrace by rising above. Isn't that the Rangers way? A bit of dignity?
  24. Honestly, I haven't felt this motivated and positive about our club in MONTHS. A huge amount of that is down to Rangers First & The Rangers Supporters Trust. The constant effort & work that has gone in to this fan movement is incredible. Fantastic job by all, now to eradicate the vermin from Ibrox and get back to doing what we are World Champions at!* *Yes, I know will take a while
