    Can he return as Chairman is there not something in the rules about not being able to if he was a Director at a company that was involved in an insolvency event within the last 5 years?

    I completely agree, I may have come across wrong in my comment apologies, I was meaning what did the Directors do to get their bonuses? I can kind of see why Green got his, even though it was an obscene amount, but what did Stockbridge do to get his? A criteria usually has to be met to earn it, or he has to do something.

    That's an interesting point at the end, does anyone know what the criteria for the bonuses were last season? Was it just for winning the league?

    Does that mean our figures are workable then? Presuming that when the PUMA/SD/Blackthorn money is added in and next season I would guess that ST's would go back to what they were before our demotion for preparation in returning to the Top Division. I'd also expect to possibly see Wallace moved on and if the board keep their promise to forego bonuses Does it not mean on the whole our finances will be ok?

    I don't think a lot of the songs we sing should be sung any more, especially when it gets us needless attention and can potentially get us into trouble. I would rather we sung about our love and support for Rangers.

    Does anyone know if McCoist and his staff got a bonus for winning DIV 3 last season? Same with the players, if they did they shouldn't have. The only thing they could possibly have got a bonus for was the Motherwell game in my opinion

    Essentially Ferguson admits to undermining his manager, if he had something to say to Le Guen rightly or wrongly it should’ve been said in private that’s what a captain would’ve done.

    Did the Charlotte Fakes thing not produce a letter or something saying that Green hadn't told the SFA? I think it said he'd told them SFA ha! Anyway I'm sure it was in the exchange about whether or not Whyte was involved with the consortium could be wrong though

    I always felt he was someone that played his cards close to his chest. I also felt that with his team as well he wanted the team to play for him rather than themselves or even each other, they had to buy into his vision for the team if the didn't it was always going to cause friction

    Indeed he had a terrible start to his time at Lyon as well and only won 3 of his first 10 games or something but he turned it around. I often wonder where we would be now if we had got rid of Ferguson and the likes..................

    I don't think he necessarily saw us a stepping stone I think it was seen as a coup us getting Le Guen he apparently knocked back a number of big clubs before coming to us.
