  1. 1. Will the board provide legally binding assurances that the club is a going concern and has sufficient funds and/or facilities in place for the 2014/2015 season. WE KNOW IT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT FUNDS 2. Will the board undertake that none of the proceeds from season ticket sales will be used to settle any financial obligation that arose prior to receipt of the season ticket monies by the club. NO, THEY WILL REPAY THE EASDALE AND LAXEY LOANS AS ALREADY STATED 3. Will the board confirm that the club assets continue to be unencumbered. NO, ALBION CAR PARK AND EDMISTON HOUSE ARE ENCUMBERED IN RECENT LOANS 4. Will the board explain its previous statements that the club had sufficient cash resources to last until the end of the season. OF COURSE NOT, THAT WAS A LIE
  2. Why would King contact someone who is not on the Rangers board? I'm no fan of Sandy Easdale but he can't really do anything with an offer like that Would it not make more sens if he were to speak directly to the decision makers i.e. the board?
  3. I'd love to think King can back up his statement But it seems more likely this will turn into a he said, she said situation
  4. At current prices is it not around 6-7000.season tickets?
  5. You have to wonder why one of our Directors requires a secured loan though, do they know something
  6. We need to stop spending what we don't have, it's been one of our main problems we've had for so long under so many different regimes. Hopefully Graham Wallace can help put an end to this
  7. I'd come along but couldn't make it during March as I'm away quite a bit with work. But I'd def come along any time out with March
  8. I know the chef in there he drinks in a pub just round the corner from me - supports Real Madrid
  9. http://news.stv.tv/west-central/237857-sandy-easdale-announces-rangers-share-deal-with-charles-green/ This says Easdale is buying all of Greens shares http://www.theaic.co.uk/aic/news/citywire-news/laxey-becomes-rangers-biggest-shareholder#sthash.ZKAFCyq6.dpuf This says Laxey is buying whats left of Greens shares Someone is telling lies
  10. Anybody that's sold shares in the last year. I don't think anyone has had anywhere near 70p a share
  11. I thought the Easdales did buy them? He had a binding agreement to sell to Laxey but what does binding mean to these people in all of this
  12. They took a lot less than that in the end up
  13. I can't say if it would be any different, but i'm fed up reading about Dave King coming to save us.
  14. If King wants to know what is going on behind the scenes at Rangers or wants to know what the long term plans are for the club then he has to buy shares
  15. Laxey publicly backed board before AGM, they had there say
  16. Maybe so but are Laxey or Mercantile, Greens patsys? Again both bought shares relativeley cheaply
  17. Why would the current shareholders dilute the value of their shares by having another share issue? Easdales have bought shares relatively cheaply and got a seat on the board. Could King not have done the same?
  18. same old rubbish from Dave King Buy some shares if you want a say or want to know what's going on at Ibrox
  19. Old Trafford is on it, I'm sure I read something saying a stadium has to be open a certain amount of time before it makes this list. No Allianz Arena for example or Wembley
  20. Apparently Whyte is also a Director of Law Financial unless i'm reading this wrong http://www.companydirectorcheck.com/craig-thomas-whyte-5 Can you appoint yourself as a Director?
  21. Who appointed Earley? Can't of been Green or Law Financial as Green was terminated apparently and Law Financial came after Earley
