Owen is getting 102k a week? Shepherd is a shite businessman if thats true, paid over the odds in the first place for him and paying him that amount of money, and paying Becks 120k a week at this stage in his career is just madness.

I only ever get to a couple of games a season, its just too far for me to fork out travel etc.... but if i win the lottery... lol. Ive bought Setanta this year, i caved in after 2 years of refusing to pay considering the deal you get with Prem Plus, its scandalous. But like i mentioned in another thread i more often than not missed the Sunday games as i didnt really feel like going to the pub to watch it all the time. Hoping to get to more games next season though, PLG's revolution will hopefully be a treat to watch.

Its only for a friendly ffs, Rae will put in a good shift and play his part with Barry missing. Im a little surprised Prso didnt get it too but it doesnt really matter, it could give Rae a confidence boost, and after his injury troubles thats just what he needs!

I decided before last nights game that i wanted either Italy or Germany to win it, and ill stick with that. But i still want to see ZZ there and playing a great game to send him out on a high.

PLG has said on a few occasions that Burkey, Hutton and Smith are in his plans, he wont leave them out of the team without at least giving them a chance. Of the 3 of them, and even though he was arguably our best player last season, i think Burke's place is more at risk than the two full back's as there's more competition in midfield right now.

I never knew he swapped shirts with the ref, class. I loved Rino when he was at Ibrox, not the best player but a wee hard man who got stuck right in there and was bursting with energy. Hopeful of seeing him back in the Rangers blue sometime in his career.

Id like France to get to the final, for the simple fact that its ZZ's last tournament and he's been their main man so far. They were rank in the group stages and just scraped through but as you say Gribz, came to life in the last two games and have looked alot better. 3-1 France.... with Italy winning the final.

Great game of football, i hope the last two are like this one. The Ref had chances to start flashing the card early but he kept his head and had a great game, bar a few dodgy Germany free kick decisions (i thought anyway).
