I think with PLG seemingly being the fitness freak that he is, he wont let players play through the pain barrier and take injections for as long as Barry has been allowed to do that. If players arent fit then they wont play, thats the vibe im getting at the moment.

You think Ricksen will be back in the team? Im not so sure PLG will be that forgiving. Ricksen obviously knows he has a problem if he has been attending/talking to people from the Sporting Chance facility for at least the past 6 months. So why he would choose to drink on the plane with his team mates and new manager is beyond me.

Is there anyway of seeing these goals? Im really happy for Novo that he was so involved in at least two of them. I thought he was out on his arse after his wayward season last year.

I hope Germany dont go back to the way they played before he took over, i really liked there attack-mindedness (if thats a word) at the world cup.

Id agree with them (i disagree about Riquelme, he's great). Totti, Figo and Raul were top class a few years ago but they've fallen from grace now. I think Raul needs a fresh start at a new club, but he's too commited to Real and doesnt want to leave. Figo is getting older and doesnt seem to know what to do with the ball anymore. Totti is probably the same with Roma, needs a new club. Camoranesi TBH ive never really seen much special in him.
