I'd go with that too. If any english team wins it, id prefer it to be Arsenal. I dont support any english team, i just like their style of play. I think it will be AC now though.

Yup. A couple of Valencia players were celebrating, looked innocent enough but maybe one of them said something to the Inter player, anyway he pushed one of them and got shoved onto the ground. Next thing you see is all the players on the pitch going off on one. David Navarro (andy gray informed us of his name) punched one of the Inter players and took off running with 4 or 5 Inter players chasing him, it looked quite funny. Then there was a camera in the tunnel and Toldo slammed into the Valencia dressing room with about 20 people, security and one wee guy in a shirt, all trying to get in too. Cambiasso was trying to beat his way in too. If its not already, it'll be on Youtube soon enough, it was nuts.

Anyone see this game.... or more so, AFTER the game. Woaw, that was some explosion, mostly involving crazy argies. Although Toldo had a good cameo role at the end bursting into the Valencia dressing room. Fine's a'plenty coming their way.

Did they lose at the weekend? Maybe the manager was annoyed after the weekend game and dropped half the players cause they played badly.

I think Prso on from the start is a good idea in a game like this, i doubt he'd last the whole game but hopefully he wont be required to.

Reading today, its been suggested that its just a publicity stunt by the MP. I dont see it happening myself.

Agree with that. Re: the part with Ehiogu.... is that when WS and AM jumped up and WS almost slipped? Cant remember exactly when it happened, but he damn near ended up on his arse. There is no doubt the team is exactly that, a TEAM, and they look alot happier than they did when PLG was the man in charge. 16 points out of 18 so far, that impresses me.

West Ham Can Fuck Right Fucking Off..........

Turned this game off after Zamora scored cause i thought it was game over, just today i learned it wasnt! -
I wouldnt exactly call myself Pro-Burns.... far from it. If not manager then stay on as a coach. He's been with the team for a long time, worked under Vogts and Smith so he can probably see the error of Vogts ways compared to Smiths'. There are other candidates, but i think Burns should be in for a shout at least. Bringing in someone like McAllister would be the worst thing to do IMO, he has alot to learn before he can take over the reigns of such a task as this is. Also, good shout Calscot on Burley (if someone mentioned Burley before in this thread i cant remember ).

It's been a hell of a long time since a pitch inspection has been needed at Ibrox. Might be a blessing in disguise if the game is called off so we can get some players in/out of the club. Although i kinda want things to get started asap aswell.

Real No Longer Wish To Renew Beckham Contract

I like this guy, lol. The sporting life website has the newspaper reaction to his deal over in the US. This guy knows the score, a walking super bowl commercial made me laugh. -
Agree with that. Alot of them are playing for their future, and id even put some of the scottish boys in that category. Just because PLG has gone doesnt mean they're gonna get it any easier. Its time for them to start playing for the wages they earn.

I think GG has been out of management for a bit too long to go straight into this job. Jordan would do a pretty good job though IMO. I'd still prefer Burns to get it at the moment though.

Biggest smell of BS you'll get off anyone this week (not you, Beckham). He says he's going to promote the game of 'Soccer'. Its not going to get much bigger over there i dont think, certainly not bigger that Baseball, Basketball or Am Football. Three times more than what any footballer in the world is getting, and he has the cheek to say its not about the money. -
I thought it would have been double the price we paid, i wonder how much Rangers first offer was, lol.
-
Surprised and happy that it was sorted out so fast, and out of court.

That is some amount of money, i still dont think it as much as the baseball, basketball and american football players make over there. -
Yeah i agree. Whats worse is in Italy the FINAL of the cup is over two legs....now that is dumb, lol, might be the same in Spain, cant remember now.
-
I would think so. Its different now he's going to be training most days of the week instead of the 2 weeks or so he got when the Scotland squad came together, and he wont be sitting in any studio's on tv much either. Never know, might have to register him as a player next season if things get much worse.

Wonder how long its been since Ally went for a run, lol.

Some good shouts in there mate, id take Whittaker in a second to replace Hutton. Anderson would do a job for us too i think.
