Still coming to terms with losing Dado, we're gonna need �£10m to replace that man alone! I think the reason Adam got it is because he's a midfielder who has got his goals tally into double figures on his first full season, impressive for a youngster even with some bad performances. All in all id say the awards went to the right people, but ill be hoping that next season there is a hell of alot more competition between the awards, whether they be spl or club ones.

Id have a few other players on that list before Rooney, he's been very average this season. He's only on it cause he's Wayne Rooney. If Ronaldo doesnt get it ill be surprised, although i think Drogba would be his only competition.

Bit of a redundant subject as long as Barry is at the club as Calscot says. Barry has his good and bad points. Too often he is ready to shift the blame onto someone else on the pitch if one of his passes goes astray or a move breaks down. But he is a fighter, that is for sure, he knows how to drive the team forward and when the team isnt doing what he wants he takes matters into his own hands. He does need better quality players around him though, until then we are stuck i feel.

I thought of him too, very good player, positioning, keeping his head to put it in the back of the net, good player for the price (cheap if not free, cant remember exactly).
