Konchesky has been pretty quiet for a good few seasons now ever since he broke through and was being touted as 'the next big thing' if i remember correctly. Was he injured for a while? I dont think a deal will be made for him unless WS is sure he can offload someone else in defense.

Whittaker has been mentioned for a couple of seasons now, would be a good addition to the team i think, but i wouldnt fancy Lowing to stay if he has two relatively young RB's ahead of him. I dont really want Sebo or Svensson to go either but i guess if we get decent offers for them it would be hard to reject them considering the season they had. Sionko can go, hasnt looked like a good player since his first couple of games.

I think Naismith (if he signs) will be a really good signing as long as he is not used as a bit part player. He has shown that he can stand up to any team in the SPL and its time for him to step up a notch. I didnt realise that about Gow either, pretty good going considering the team he was playing for. For the past few years ive been pretty optimistic during pre-season and although it isnt here yet and we dont know who is staying/going/coming in im not feeling too optimistic thus far. The last two games were horrible with no heart in it at all, of course there was nothing to play for championship-wise but that doesnt really help the people who have paid to watch the match.
