SPFL's cash boost hopes dashed as Sky TV clause...
Laudbertz replied to ian1964's topic in General Football Chat
Whilst I think the £5.2billion is a ridiculous amount of money for any one league to have, Scottish Football in its current state doesnt really warrant a hike, certainly not 70%. -
Dave King spoke so much better than these guys, thank christ he's the leader.

To be fair, many fans thought fan ownership was not a very smart option years ago who have changed their mind recently with the fantastic uptake in members of RF/BR. Its not inconceivable that DK has changed his mind too.

Sounds like he's trying to 'lighten the mood' when the mood needs to be focussed and forceful until 5th March and beyond.

Damn. Ibrox then, right on the centre circle, 50,000 fans. -

McCulloch and Simonsen in front of SFA today: Both get 2 match bans
Laudbertz replied to Frankie's topic in Rangers Chat
I had a simple rock in mind but a cut out would do. Dont like putting our own players down, but when you have 'experienced' players playing the way he is, and youngsters waiting in the wings for their chance, its a bit annoying. -

Sooo many things I would put in midfield in place of Black. -
Whilst I admire your confidence, I'm not going to underestimate the mindset and dirty tactics of those currently 'running' our club.

Wont, or shouldnt, be playing for us then anyway. -

I don't think Lee would have landed THAT awkwardly, Mols had no choice but to almost do the splits, McCulloch's trailing leg may have still caught the player but he could have tried harder to not step on him IMO. In any case, I wouldnt describe it as a 'stamp'. EDIT : I watched snippets of that Bayern game a few months back, what a bloody team we had. -

I was about to say i'd give Lee the benefit of the doubt here, but he doesnt make much of an effort to move his leg. He would have landed a bit awkwardly yes but it could have been avoided. -
Always liked you Ian. Can you come back and chase them out please? An Ian Ferguson stare down was a pretty fearful thing for the opposition in the past.

Thanks pete, I was about to go to sleep!

Takes some amount of restraint, a trait every Rangers fan has had to deal with lately!

We've been consistent, the key, is changing from consistently terrible to consistently not so terrible.

Rangers egm WILL be put off if too many fans descend on London...
Laudbertz replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Exactly. Ach well, the massive post-EGM party at Ibrox which im sure DK will be more than happy to host will just have to do instead. -

Laudbertz replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
Cost reasons, fair enough, but surly the expenses of travelling to London from Glasgow would be fairly costly too. -
I dont think the board will be bothered, unless they want to use it as an excuse to deflect something else they're trying to get away with.

Ross County chief: chaos at Ibrox has caused sponsor delays...
Laudbertz replied to ian1964's topic in Rangers Chat
HAHA. Our heart bleeds for you. Maybe, just maybe, if clubs didnt hold a personal vendetta of hate towards Ibrox, maybe if we didnt 'acquire' some of the worst owners in the history of footbal, maybe if we werent given a second thought, things would have been different. It is not over the top self congratulatory that made Rangers fans think that the rest of Scottish Football would suffer if we were demoted to Division 3, its evident for all to see. At present we are rudderless, something opposition fans relish...whilst humiliating themselves in europe, making our co-effitiency go further in the wrong direction. Its your fault. -
They'd use any excuse to postpone the EGM, and they'd just love that excuse to be putting the fans at fault
-
...pretty sure im right in the middle of it.
