The problem with AM and KMD is that they were not up to the job, everyone could see in the first season that Ally was going to be the same type of manager as Walter, but he was much much less effective. What Walter did, did work the majority of the time, I dont blame him for them two not having their own ideas and being able to step out of his shadow.

Personally, i'd like to see video trials come into effect sooner rather than later. It may cause a few more stoppages than we see now but it would make for a much fairer playing field (for lack of a better phrase!).

Since we will, hopefully, have Rangers men at the helm by the end of the week, I would prefer quite a few non Rangers men to take up roles at the club who are employed to do their job effectively and professionally for the good of the club. Although I do believe the almost inevitable added fans interaction will be important and more focussed than ever before.
